Position Details:
Location: X2 openings Grand Rapids, MI & Detroit, MI
Travel: You will work remotely within your territory traveling in a 3hour radius from the city center.
Compensation: First year Salary $82K + Relocation Package + mileage reimbursement over standard rate
Training: Extensive training package – 12 weeks in Chicago + working with mentor in the field

Position Description: As a Technical Sales Representative you will be responsible for proactively expanding our business with new and existing customers within your assigned sales territory. Our direct-sales professionals work in a local sales office two days a week and visit customers on-site three days a week to provide consultative, solution-based sales. You will be challenged to develop a deep understanding of our products, industry knowledge, and our business model through our extensive classroom training, mentorship, and continuous training and development opportunities. With dedicated corporate support and marketing groups to assist our sales force, we are in a unique position to rapidly expand our business together.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate aggressive corporate growth goals
• Responsible for growing revenue and number of customers in assigned territory by targeting key OEM’s, contractors and end users to meet assigned measured goals and objectives.
• Resolve questions from key customer decision makers, manufacturing reps, specifiers, distributors, and contractors
• Prospect new business through cold calls, warm leads, and collaboration with sales office team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Work directly with customers to understand their business operations and provide face-to-face consultations to add value to their organization through implementation of company products.
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to the company’s expectations and the challenges customers present you.
• Travel to customer locations three days a week and work successfully in a wide variety of manufacturing and laboratory environments.

Requirements: Seeking an experienced, high caliber Technical Sales Representative. The Technical Sales Rep calls on general manufacturing plants and corporate offices in an assigned territory. May conduct marketing surveys, effectiveness reviews of calls/sales activities, and territory analysis. Services accounts, suggests and presents new products, and takes orders. As appropriate, the Technical Sales Rep assists marketing personnel on advertising and promotional sales strategies. Employees act on their strong desire to make a difference, partner with others and put ideas into action. Employees are engaged by a work culture that is team-oriented, fast paced and progressive. Bachelor’s degree is a must in a relevant technical field or equivalent.

Position Details:
Locations: Remote home-based openings in the greater Detroit/Ann Arbor/SE MI and Milwaukee, WI areas.
Travel / Territory: You’ll visit and meet with clients & prospects during the week, primarily in the main metro area with occasional travel to Grand Rapids (SE MI-based role) or Madison, WI & Rockford, IL (Milwaukee-based role). These openings are in very high-performing territories with a very stable, great book of business and customer base.

Compensation: The starting base salary for this position is $70K. Your commission rate is consistent for both new or existing accounts, and you will always receive your base salary. At plan you will earn $35K in variable commission. The plan is 10% on the dollar, uncapped. 60% of all Sales Reps earn $110K-$135K their first year. Earnings increase with Presidents Club reps and Senior Sales reps, where you can earn $200K+ based on hitting two or three trailing year revenue marks. Third year sales reps get an additional $30K bonus with consistent $180K+ annually for top-performing results.

Position Description: As the Medical Sales Rep, you will be at the forefront of the company’s rapidly expanding business, generating and sustaining relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales of company products and services in your assigned territory. You will continuously seek new venues of business while ensuring that existing clients’ needs are met with the highest caliber of customer service possible. You will also play a key role in the development and implementation of training programs and utilization reports that will ensure top tier customer service and continuous improvement and growth. This is a role where your dedicated performance yields great reward, both in potential monetary compensation and the satisfaction of knowing your clients and their patients are living full, normal lives because of your efforts.

Requirements: Candidates should be proven, top-performing leaders (consistently ranked above peers) who are performance based, goal oriented, and results driven. The key attribute is confidence; you don’t have to be the most dynamic person in the room, but you do need to have faith in your abilities and your products, take pride in your accomplishments, and be able to express that confidence in your interactions with your clients and your team. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, as the core of the business is interacting with new and existing clients continuously, both over the phone and in person. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills in order to manage goals, track existing client needs, and target venues for new business. A valid driver’s license and solid driving record, as well as an excellent credit score, is also required.

Benefits: After one month of employment, candidates will receive full medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 75% cost coverage through the company. Additionally, up to $15K life insurance and Long-Term Disability are provided at no cost to full time employees. After 6 months, employees may opt into a 401K plan, with percentage matching at 20% of up to 4% of salary. You get a company phone and laptop, as well as $25 per day per diem for expenses, and per mileage compensation during travel with your own vehicle.

Career Progression: Your initial training timeline will begin immediately and last about four weeks, a portion of which will be completed in Cleveland, OH. After about 3 years, and commensurate with high performance, candidates will have the opportunity to be promoted to a senior sales rep &/or sales management role, either at their current location or in another region.

Position Description
As a Vehicle Services Driver, you will be responsible for moving vehicles between locations at the direction of the Lead Driver, Supervisor, and/or Manager. You will safely operate vehicles by observing speed limits and other laws addressing moving vehicles and report all incidents to the Lead Driver or Supervisor. You will turn in any property the renter forgot in the rental vehicle to the Lead Driver, Supervisor, Manager, and/or designated person.

Position Requirements
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• 21 years of age or older with at least six months of car driving experience.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to walk and drive continuously all through a shift.
