Position Description:
The Project Manager and Sr Project Manager will collaborate with various teams including General Contractors, Design Engineering Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning to help plan, execute, and close large-scale data center construction projects within the specified scope, budget, and timeline.

Other responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing contractor safety performance
• Assist in controlling project costs by monitoring budget, negotiating with contractors and change orders, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without sacrificing quality
• Identify potential risks early and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget
• Assist in managing project schedule, ensuring deadlines are met, and potential delays are addressed
• Facilitate communication among various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Assist in navigating through the regulatory landscape, ensuring projects comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and secure necessary permits
• Have knowledge of critical data center equipment such as Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Transformers, Power Feeders, Chillers, Plumbing, Fire Detection/Suppression, Air Handling Units, Computer Room Air Handling/Conditioning Units, UPS, CRAH, CRAC
• Assist in providing continuity in the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes in the project team, ensuring that the project’s goals and vision remain consistent
• Offer valuable insights and recommendations for cost-effective solutions, helping owners in making informed decisions that balance quality and budget considerations
• Support and work directly with onsite Sr DCCM/PM and mentor other members of the build teams
• As a Sr PM, serve as the escalation point for complex constructability issues

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and understanding of technical concepts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with technical teams
• Ability to manage timelines and ensure high-quality standards
• Must be familiar with local, state, and federal regulations related to data center construction
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, Outlook, Procore, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of cost management and risk mitigation
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management
• Experience: 5-10 years’ experience in data center construction and data center project management

Position Description:

You will be responsible for cleaning jet engines with our patented foam technology. We are looking for someone who can perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on company equipment, enjoys working outdoors and is focused on following safety/compliance processes while identifying ways to innovate and provide value to our customers. In this position you will frequently drive a vehicle under DOT regulations, work with heavy equipment, and manage (environmentally safe) fluid waste streams. You will also be responsible for tracking and inputting data into manual and digital forms as well as maintaining records of performance.
• Installing & removing wash equipment on jet engines
• Preparing company equipment for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment, etc.)
• Operating equipment safely and identifying anomalies

• Join our team in a multifaceted role with key responsibilities. Your focus will include installing advanced equipment, offering customer training, and collaborating with experts for successful installations. As a troubleshooter, you'll diagnose issues, address software complexities, engineer solutions, and conduct prompt repairs and preventative maintenance. Diligently, you'll maintain detailed work reports and provide expert advice to customers. Your professionalism will shine as our ambassador, upholding the highest standards during interactions. Your role will also encompass planning and documenting internal trial runs, configuring lab setups, and ensuring the excellence of our lab machines to advance our cutting-edge solutions continuously.

What you’ll be contributing:
• Install Equipment:
- Install equipment and provide training to customers on how to operate it.
- Communicate and cooperate with different subject matter experts to ensure a successful install.
• Troubleshoot & Repair Equipment:
- Troubleshoot equipment to determine the cause of reported problems.
- Analyze software problems
- Engineer solutions for special applications

Requirements:
• Mechanical Skills:
- Use their hands and various tools to install and repair equipment, as well as utilize basic mechanical principles to assist with the troubleshooting process.
• Electrical Skills:
- Use basic electrical principles to analyzing failures of electrical components and equipment based on symptom recognition.
- Able to read and interpret E-Plans.
- Repair and install all electrical components to retain full functionality.
• Customer Service:
- Interact with customers by helping them resolve equipment issues and telling them how to use newly installed equipment.
• Communication:
- Use verbal communication skills to speak with customers, listening to their concerns and asking questions when needed to determine the nature of their problems and equipment needs.
• Professional Flexibility:
- Must be willing, prepared, and able to visit customers on a moment’s basis in many cases including weekends when necessary.
- Being able and willing to travel internationally for installs to the extent of about 2 weeks.
• Analytical Thinking:
- Diagnose equipment problems and determine ways to fix these issues, which requires analytical skills.
• Computer Skills:
- Log information into digital work reports as well as navigate company programs that assist in troubleshooting all elements of machine equipment.
