Position Description:
Join a mission-driven team, where your work as an HVAC Tech II directly supports life-saving innovations. In this hands-on role, you'll handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems across our cutting-edge campus. You’ll work with a close-knit Facilities team, contributing to the comfort, safety, and efficiency of our environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day service and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Execute preventive tasks such as filter changes, belt replacements, lubrication, and visual inspections
• Help identify, order, and gather materials for maintenance and repairs
• Respond to internal work orders via our digital request system
• Collaborate with outside HVAC/refrigeration vendors as needed
• Identify and report repair needs around the facility

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC/facilities maintenance (or equivalent training/education)
• EPA certification
• Familiarity with work order management systems
• Familiarity with HVAC codes, standards, and compliance best practices
