Role Purpose:
Reporting to the VP of Customer Operations, The Project manager will lead and coordinate the successful execution of customer orders from contract through shipment and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Center power distribution systems or related electrical infrastructure, and be capable of managing complex, high-value technical projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is based full-time at our Williamsburg, Virginia manufacturing facility and will work closely with engineering, production, field service, logistics, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects involving custom electrical power distribution equipment for data centers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external customers regarding project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Coordinate internal departments (engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and field service) to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with deliverables.
• Track production status and proactively address any deviations from schedule or scope.
• Participate in design reviews and change management processes.
• Lead internal and external project status meetings and provide timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Facilitate the smooth handoff to field service and commissioning teams, ensuring all required documentation, test reports, and equipment are in place.
• Ensure all customer requirements are met and drive resolution of issues or concerns promptly and professionally.





Experience / Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical discipline or equivalent military technical experience in electrical power systems.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment related to data center power systems or electrical distribution equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of low voltage switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, ATS, STS, or similar electrical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and manage technical drawings, customer specifications, and project documentation.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word) and project management tools.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work independently and on-site full-time at our Williamsburg, VA facility.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• PMP Certification or equivalent formal project management training preferred
• Experience working with data center clients or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Familiarity with UL standards, NEC, and other applicable electrical codes preferred.

General Purpose of the Position:
This position assists the DCO Systems Manager with daily operations and coordinating internal and external resources required to complete maintenance of the physical and environmental critical infrastructure; including power, environmental, communications, and facilities. This person assists with ensuring company client equipment installations are installed in compliance with the company’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), this person is required to work with clients collaboratively and creatively to resolve problems and reach the most effective solution for the client and company.
This person will work to find innovative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum, within budget, and to improve efficiency.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position carries out some manager responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: training; planning, assigning, delegating, and directing work. Shall operate as mentor to DCO Systems Technicians, supporting their development and leadership abilities. This position does have direct reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead by example and provide daily leadership to onsite technician team; find creative ways to inform, encourage and influence employees to ensure morale remains high.
• Provide verbal and written positive, constructive and corrective feedback periodically.
• Manage facility infrastructure projects; providing coordination and support for construction, research, and development activity.
• Coordinate maintenance and access with clients that have special requirements; manage customer requests through to completion; establish and promote professional relationships between DCO Systems and company clients.
• Work with vendors to assist in coordinating planned and corrective maintenance, attend monthly meetings as needed and verify all documentation is received.
• Use of CMMS and Requisition modules to track maintenance activities-validating facility health and create requisitions for purchases.
• Actively participate in the CAB process. CAB responsibilities to include ticket creation and calendar maintenance as needed to assist the DCO Systems Manager.
• Actively participate in department process, development and implementation committees; develop initiatives to drive continuous improvement of the DCO organization.
• Create, review, approve, and support all procedures and scripts used to conduct maintenance on critical infrastructure, safety programs, and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all.
• Train and support creation of P3 events in Ops Genie; call into bridge lines for escalated events (generally P2 and above) to provide updates and coordinate onsite response and resolution.
• Responsible for delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement of the data center operation; lead all maintenance activities in accordance with company Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Assist with division recruitment and coordination with recruiting agencies and effective development of the Systems team.


• Actively use the asset management systems, tracking software, and applicable building management systems.
• Attend designated meetings and operational reviews to streamline communication; promote team achievement and performance development through innovation, R&D, represent DCO organization.
• Assist with budget planning and decisions.
• Possess ability to navigate and effectively utilize ticketing systems.
• Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as exceptional technical capabilities.
• Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely and effectively with contractors installing, performing maintenance or upgrade work on systems installed in the data center environment;
• Must be familiar with safety requirements and OSHA regulations.

Title: Field Service Engineer – Data Center Power Distribution Equipment
Start Date: Looking for candidates able to start in September of 2025
Location: Dallas/FW TX; Ashburn Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Weekends are overtime
Compensation: Level 1 $90 to $105K / Level 2 $110K to $130K salary plus OT

Travel: 50% will have some local travel but must be willing to travel over night for about 50% of the time overnight

Position Overview:
The company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the deployment and
ongoing service of our low-voltage power distribution equipment at mission-critical data
center sites. This role provides on-site technical expertise for the installation, testing,
commissioning, maintenance, and repair of systems such as switchboards, power
distribution units (PDUs), remote power panels (RPPs), automatic transfer switches (ATSs),
and static transfer switches (STSs).

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in power
distribution systems, with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Military veterans and
professionals with data center experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform on-site installation supervision, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of low-voltage switchgear and associated equipment.
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, system drawings, and technical documentation.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, test sheets, and documentation of completed work.
• Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, test equipment, and consumables as needed.
• Attend site coordination meetings and collaborate closely with site personnel and project managers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and escalating as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams including project management and engineering.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Associate’s degree in electrical power distribution or related field; or 5+ years of field experience in a similar role.
• Military experience in electrical or power systems strongly preferred.
• Mission-critical/Data Center experience highly desirable.
• Experience with low-voltage power distribution equipment, including switchboards, PDUs, RPPs, ATSs, and STSs.
• Working knowledge of relevant UL standards, including UL67, UL1008, UL1008S, UL62368-1, UL891, UL1558, NEC, NFPA 70E.
• Familiarity with power monitoring systems, AC/DC power, and communication protocols.
• Proficient in using electrical test instruments (e.g., multimeters, clamp meters).
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently in a field-based role.

DCO Systems Technician

Title: DCO Systems Technician
Location: Reno, NV
Schedule:
• 12-hour shifts, rotating every 3 months between days (5 AM - 5 PM) and nights (5 PM - 5 AM).
• Rotating weekly schedule:
• Week 1: 3 days on, 4 days off
• Week 2: 4 days on, 3 days off
• Shifts include either Saturday or Sunday, depending on whether the employee works the front half or back half of the week.
• Shift rotations occur every 3 months.
Compensation: $30/hr + shift differential – Swing Shift $1, Graveyard - $3 + Annual Bonus
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits to include 100% of medical and dental for employee and family. 401k, Lunch provided for day shift, and $1.80/hr per diem provided for Swing and Graveyard employees.

Veteran Profile: Commercial HVAC Technicians with troubleshooting and repair experience.

Position Description
The Data Center Operations (DCO) Systems Technician will work as a team player to provide technical escort in support of all maintenance, operations, and expansion efforts, including critical infrastructure of power, cooling systems, communications, and facilities. Also, completing preventative maintenance as planned by Systems Management.

Other responsibilities
• Responsible for and maintain 100% critical systems uptime.
• • Handle different tool and equipment with precision.
• Adhere to company Safety Policy and Procedure.
• Work with vendors and contractors to ensure their work meets company standards.
• Assist in inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Perform assigned collateral duties and tasks assigned by management staff.
• Ensure customer compliance with company Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
• Ability to run and troubleshoot Modbus, CAT5, CAT6 or environmental wiring.
• Knowledge how to operate a thermal imaging tool (FLIR).
• Training will be provided in these areas
• Facilities electrical and mechanical systems that may be employed in a data center environment. This may include generators, ATS/STS units, PDU units, CRACs, air handling units, fluid coolers, pumps.
Requirements
• Education: Technical Trade School, plus 2+ years experience specific to Commercial HVAC and Mechanical troubleshooting/repair.
