A data center is typically a building, a dedicated space within a building, or a group of buildings used to house computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunications and storage systems. Data centers centralize an organization's IT operations and equipment, as well as where it stores, manages, and disseminates its data. They house a network's most critical systems and are vital to the continuity of daily operations. Consequently, the security and reliability of data centers and their information is a top priority for organizations.

Since IT operations are crucial for business continuity, it generally includes redundant or backup components and infrastructure for power supply, data communications connections, environmental controls (e.g. air conditioning, fire suppression) and various security devices.

Although data center designs are unique, they can generally be classified as internet-facing or enterprise (or "internal") data centers. o Weekly Risk Exposure Log Updates.
• Escalate issues to the Client team without delay. It is not the Sr CM’s responsibility to resolve issues but rather, to keep the Client team fully aware and informed of issues – potential or real – so that they can resolve them.
• Review General Contractor pay applications for accuracy and completeness before sending to the Client team. Use the Infrastructure Trackers to help confirm that the level of completion matches the amounts being billed.

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Meeting Notes:
Document notes for each meeting that takes place on the job (i.e. bid review/conference, design meeting, kickoff meetings, OAC meetings, major multi-party calls). Not minutes – a diary to the meeting (discussion points, the tone, the impacts to the project, etc.). Context is everything. Think about the why’s and mood in each conversation.
2. Daily Photos – Structured & Unstructured
Structured – take up to 20 standard photos per building in the predetermined locations. Each project will have a customized map to follow each and every day for structured photos. Use the map and follow along this path. The link below is an example of what you will be provided.
Unstructured – each day as work is put in place, take up to 200 pictures of the construction activities that have occurred that day. Examples include new construction, anything that stands out, possible issues, job well done or anything that interests you. These photos should coincide with the daily infrastructure tracker.
3. Daily Logs
Each day create a diary-like write up that is unpolished and unfiltered. Focus on the events of the day, including construction items, team interaction, accomplishments, and potential issues.
4. Infrastructure Tracker
Separate out a floor plan for daily progress trackers for each scope item. Save these every day under the documents folder labeled “Infrastructure Trackers" in Procore. See below for a best practices overview and scope specific examples.
5. Review Project Current State
6. Review and respond to all comments and notes received about the previous day’s photos, daily logs, and meeting notes.
7. Document critical upcoming submittal information in the Procore daily logs in as related to the schedule (not a flat number). Due dates for all critical submittals are mandatory and a key part of this step.
8. Review critical RFI’s Request for Information): Critical issues should not wait to be brought up for the first time on the daily logs after they become an official RFI. Document issues early and often. This step is to provide an update on those critical items that become RFI’s.

Position Description
As a Controls Engineer in the Pharmaceutical Glass facility in Vineland, NJ, you will program the controllers on the factory floor, debug and troubleshoot equipment issues, and minimize downtime by identifying root causes and implementing robust engineering solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of the controls systems and how they work with other plant systems. Responsibilities will include:
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve controls systems (PLCs, HMIs, etc.) on the production floor to ensure optimal equipment operation and improve uptime and product quality metrics.
• Identify the underlying reason behind controls systems issues and drive to the root cause.
• Support new equipment installation and commissioning. Act as the controls project receiver. Support production after install to troubleshoot issues and train personnel.
• Plan electrical machine improvement, troubleshoot electrical problems, and execute electrical upgrade plans.
• Collaborate with other engineering groups to align with plant priorities.
• Provide technical guidance to develop training documentation, operating procedures, troubleshooting documents, and work instructions.
• Provide controls expertise to multi-functional teams when needed.
• Update engineering documents and drawings as changes are made to the systems.
• Identify and lead improvements to existing controls systems.
• Align new systems to plant and corporate standards.
• Follow electrical safety requirements and enforce safe practices.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Position Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Tech you will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and related equipment per Service Agreements. There will be times when you work alone as well as with a team. In this role you will work, both independently and with a team, to complete work orders for routine, moderately complex and complex electrical services, maintenance, repair, and installation of various HVAC systems and equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
• Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable representative in all interactions with building guests, management, and ownership.
• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment and systems of all types, for both commercial and industrial customers.
• Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
• Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
• Responsible to respond immediately to any and all service emergency needs of our customers.
• Work rotating on call shift as required, days, nights and weekends. Overtime is required as necessary.
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues. Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Document all equipment installations: make, model, serial number, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Communicate to dispatch, parts procurement, supervisors and managers, as needed, to keep company and customers informed about work progressions.
• Submit detailed, complete and timely reporting.
• Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
• Identify and report to supervisor/manager potential opportunities for additional business.
• Ensure the performance of preventive maintenance on all building equipment is completed within the allotted schedule.
• Ensure efficient operation of all building systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to critical facility work rule and safety procedures.
• Be familiar with all applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulations.
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules.

The ideal fit for this role is a candidate with an extensive background in HVAC upkeep. Position Description: Compressed Air Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintain a variety of systems for customers. You will work on rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors, compressed air system components, and refrigerator dryers. You will use precision measuring tools to diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform all maintenance on these systems. You will be expected to assist in equipment start-ups, commissioning, installation, repair (routine and emergency), and customer education of their system. You will work closely with your customers on a regular basis to ensure they understand the full capabilities of their system and the benefits you provide them. You will be working at different customer locations on a daily basis. You will always be expected to present our client in a positive manner and recommend possible solutions to any customer needs that you are not providing at the time.
Requirements: The most important aspect a candidate can have for this role is the ability to perform analysis to solve complex problems with limited time and information. You must have strong experience with mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment. Candidates must possess a strong troubleshooting background. Previous experience in a field service role is desired. HVAC service technician is a plus but not required. Knowledge of air compressor systems will be advantageous as well. Additionally, strong communication skills, oral and written, are very important because you will be working with clients on a daily basis, multiple people in a customer facility, and educating a wide variety of customers (those with and without technical backgrounds). You must have a clean driving record within the last 7 years; no more than (2) tickets and (0) DUIs throughout your driving career.
Position Details:

Compensation: $23 - $28 / hr depending on experience + Overtime + Quarterly aftermarket bonus = realistic first year W2 $52K - $70K and up (A company truck is included!)
Travel: Most travel is regional within in your territory. Overnight travel is not common. You are provided a company vehicle which you can take home and when you don’t drive directly to a customer location, you will report to the Mason, OH office or Louisville, KY office.
