  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Willingness to travel regionally and work overtime as needed


Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of SMA inverters, battery storage systems, and monitoring equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on utility-scale and commercial PV systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency
  • Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for performance issues
  • Provide customer training, system guidance, and product support
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve field challenges
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company quality guidelines
  • Prepare accurate service reports, documentation, and customer updates


Physical & Work Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor environments (heat, cold, confined spaces, elevated platforms)
  • Comfortable working with high-voltage equipment following strict safety protocols
  • Willingness to be on call and work overtime as needed
