• The Lead Engineer is an integral part of the engineering,
  sales and operations teams at CTPI and is primarily responsible for providing
  pump and steam turbine engineering support for manufacturing, repair and field
  service activities.
• Job responsibilities may include:
• Assist in the design of new pumps, pumping and pump parts
  using ANSYS, Finite Element and CAD/CAM software
• Generate accurate 3D models of components using Autodesk
  inventor.
• Utilize 3D Scanner to scan parts to generate 3D models and
  drawings
• Provide Engineering support to the operations team to
  support efficient manufacturing and repair.
• Provide Engineering support to the sales team and customers,
  reviewing specifications, specifying components, and creating requisitions.
• Participate in and analyze results from the pump/Turbine
  "Tear Down & Inspect" (TDI) process and recommend repair methods
  and scope. Assist operations in estimating the costs to carry out manufacturing
  and repair work.
• Participate and lead field service crews to carry out
  pump/turbine installation, repair and commissioning work. Special projects as
  required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the design and application of
  centrifugal pumps and related rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of the technical requirements of the marine,
  offshore, industrial, and related markets.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system design and
  components

  control systems

• Perform PMs as required.
• Keeps tools and supplies organized according to shop-floor criteria.
• Adjusting the press involves calibrating various settings, such as pressure, compaction speed, and dwell time, to achieve the desired density and dimensions of the compacted part.
• As a press operator, your role in inspecting parts is crucial. You'll be responsible for ensuring the compacted parts' dimensions, weights, and density meet specifications. Your constant review of parts processed after the delube oven to make necessary adjustments is a key part of our quality control process. If any problems arise during the compaction process or delube oven, such as defects or malfunctions, troubleshoot and implement solutions; if the problem continues, stop production for nonconforming or suspect product.
• Production records, including the quantity of pieces produced, scrap, suspect material, and any issues encountered, along with adjustments made, are maintained.
• Fill out survey sheets as required for the tooling used.
• Assist in sorting and rework of discrepant preforms/forgings as required.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• High School or GED equivalent

• Complete classroom and lab training in Orlando during first 12 months, combined with on-the-job training at multiple customer sites nationwide.
• Work directly with senior field service engineers to develop skills in equipment operation, maintenance, job site safety, project management, leadership, and business systems.
• After training, supervise technicians and mechanics during turbine generator equipment maintenance shutdowns (planned and unplanned outages).
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble turbines and generators.
• Coordinate upgrades of mechanical/electrical systems to improve output and efficiency.

  steam induction pumps, isolation and control valves, a Delta V or other
  operating systems, human machine interface (HMI), diesel pumps, tanks,
  generators, air compressors, water lab testing and safely handling chemicals.
• Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system expertise: In depth
  knowledge and hands on experience and operating, optimizing, and maintaining
  chilled water, steam, condensate and cooling towers, including a solid
  understanding of the simultaneous generation of electricity and useful heat
  associated with CHP
• Proficient in identifying and resolving technical issues
  related to chiller, boilers and CHP systems, including diagnosing Max
  functions, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
• Previous experience in maintaining and updating shift

• Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety standards and

Description

• Approximately 50% to 75% overnight travel; you can realistically expect
  to travel 3 to 5 days (typical job length) each week, typically within a
  drivable distance, but occasionally throughout the U.S. (home on
  weekends).  On average you will travel to customer sites three weeks each
  month, and be home for the other week.  When not traveling, you will
  either work from home (completing paperwork, providing technical support,
  assisting with housing loadouts, etc).

Position
Description:

• In this role you will be responsible
  for supporting customers with on-site service, technical support and on-site
  training. Primary functions of this position are commissioning new equipment;
  preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of existing equipment; and
  telephone customer support. The Field Service Technician also prepares reports
  documenting the work performed and the performance of the equipment. You
  will spend your first few weeks training at the home office in Tulsa, OK, then
  receive OJT with other seasoned FSTs before going out on work calls
  autonomously.  Some specific responsibilities include:
