About the Role:
As a Service Engineer – Turbocharger, you will:
  • Perform Assembly and Disassembly: Execute assembly and disassembly of turbochargers and their components per manufacturer instructions.
     
  • Inspect and Diagnose Issues: Assess turbochargers for wear and damage, diagnose mechanical issues, and determine necessary repairs.
     
  • Conduct Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, reconditioning, and parts replacement to optimize turbocharger performance.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with turbochargers (ABB, MAN, NAPIER, MET, etc.), marine diesel engines, or similar mechanical systems. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
     
  • Skills: Strong understanding of turbocharger systems, effective problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to write detailed technical reports.
