Position Description:

Persons filling this position will be responsible for prospecting for new accounts, providing clients with product services/information, maintaining existing client relationships, developing sales presentations, and following through with each client and opportunity. This position also has responsibility for maintaining client pricing and payments, A/R management, client correspondence, quality assurance (QA) support, and industry and trade show participation. 

Account Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following. 

Agreement and alignment with company’s written philosophy of sales, established processes, and procedures related to sales. 
Seek out and research prospective clients and/or projects through various methods including contacting prospective client Chief Engineer, Property Managers, and/or Asset Managers, etc. 
Making phone calls, visits, attending conferences, utilizing the Internet, and leveraging existing relationships. 
Introducing, developing, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients. 
Working with the Sales Manager and Branch Manager along with other Team members to review and improve account programs and processes to meet targeted objectives. 
Managing through analysis and solution-based programs to maximize sales growth, volume, and profitability of account clients. 
Preparing and delivering client presentations. 
Developing, writing, and reviewing client proposal documents including financial and technical sections, using standard templates and pricing models. 
Developing sales at defined margin levels to attain market share. 
Communicating professionally with various departments within the company, such as Operations, chiller teams, project management, sales teams, and others. 
Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development, including attending product and sales training events, and participating at all professional training provided by the company. 
Reach your written, annual sales plans. 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline 
3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field. 
Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment 
The ideal candidate should have strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals. 
Independent decision making is required. 
Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel 
Candidate should possess a competitive nature and be articulate.

Job Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain Dicer/Back Grinder and related peripherals.
Perform Periodical Maintenance (PM).
Perform basic repairs and communicate with the customer regarding status of installs/PM and repairs.
Communicate with customers regarding the current and future applications requirements and coordinate this information with the application engineering department.
Understand and communicate information relating to customer device trends and strategies.
Complete detailed Field Service Reports (FSRs) and submit to management in a timely manner.
Document issues that cannot be resolved immediately at the customer site by using appropriate format (i.e., New Enhancement Requests (NERs), Bug Reports).
Learn how customer uses system in device development and manufacturing to identify future enhancement opportunities.

• Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 3-4 weekly shift schedule where you’ll work 3 days one week and 4 the next. There are openings on all shifts:
A-Shift = Sunday through Tuesday, and every other Wednesday (6am – 6pm) / No Shift Differential
B-Shift = Sunday through Tuesday, and every other Wednesday (6pm – 6am) / 10% Shift Differential

Position Description:
In this position, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, installation and commissioning, and new projects on building equipment and support systems within this modern and high-speed semiconductor manufacturing facility. Specific responsibilities include:
• Maintain critical building support systems.
• Maintain environmental control system maintenance: (MAU/AHU/RTU, hot water and low-pressure steam boilers).
• Maintain exhaust fan maintenance: (Fume Scrubbers, General Exhaust Fans).
• Maintain RO/DI Water Production systems.
• Work on bulk chemical distribution and acid waste neutralization systems.
• Write and improve facilities procedures.
• Able to document work using electronic pass down and memo logs.
• Assist Facilities Engineers and Principal Technicians with project planning and execution.

Requirements:
The company is looking for experienced and competent technicians with strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting abilities, preferably Navy Nuke MMs, Navy Nuke EMs, Navy Nuke ETs, and other military technicians with 2+ years of experience working in similar industry. Specifically, candidates must possess:
• 2 or more years of experience in equipment maintenance and/or site facilities including HVAC

Title: On-site Field Service Engineer
Location: Baltimore, MD
Travel/Schedule: You generally will work on-site at the customer facility during normal day-shift hours (Mon-Fri), but occasionally (up to 25% of the time) may be asked to travel to other sites in the area to perform similar work.
Compensation: Target base rate $35/hr - $37/hr
Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Overtime is paid at 1.5X after 40 hours.

Position Description: In this role you will be responsible for the installation, service, troubleshooting and repair of complex electronic and electromechanical EF Group equipment at client facilities. You will be trained to become an independent “product expert” on selected Company product lines. You will be responsible for implementing detailed, complex customer installation plans for both reliability and process and qualification. In order to be successful in this role, you should have experience with and a significant working knowledge of Electronics / Avionics and electrical systems. Technicians joining the team will work within their large State-of-the-Art Semiconductor facility in Richardson, TX, where you will receive specialized training and have the opportunity to collaborate with talented peers. You will be working in a very clean, high tech, high producing manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, alongside the engineers in a manufacturing set-up and perform calibration tasks, including: preventative maintenance; failure analysis; quality testing and production of memory chips and logic. You’ll learn and utilize sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Your end product will be used in communications equipment, radar, electronic warfare, space exploration, mobile phones, and countless other applications.



Position Description: Equipment Maintenance Technician:

Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the tool sets used to manufacture semiconductor products

Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Able to improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool break downs.
• Monitor and analyze all related tool data, make recommendation and improvements to maintenance procedures.
• Work with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects.
• Write daily reports and communicate to engineers and technicians on other shifts.

Qualifications

Position Details:

Location: Richardson, TX (Suburb of Dallas). Relocation assistance available.

Salary: – $22-$32/hr + Built in Overtime + Shift Differential (12% for N2; 15% for N1)

This opening is for the D2 Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday

See the chart below to see how the hourly rates are generally broken down, columns 2 and 3 show the Shift Differential added to your hourly rate if you are put on one of the night shifts.

Shift Schedule: Qorvo is a 24 hour operation and this is going to be shift work – working a compressed work week schedule of 3 days on / 4 days off – 4 days on – 3 days off, and you can expect to stay on the same shift schedule for at least 6 months (so this is a non rotating shift). Transition days will be on Wednesday and Saturdays – Payroll starts on Sundays; after the 6 months, you might have the option to change your shift – depending on openings.

This is what the shift pattern looks like:

The Short Week is – 3 on / 36hrs with 4 off
The Long Week is – 4 on/ 48 hrs (includes 8 hrs of overtime) with 3 off

You will average a minimum of 8 hrs overtime per pay period (every 2 weeks). In addition, you can occasionally pick up shifts and work overtime as approved.

You will be assigned one of 4 shifts. You will be assigned either D1 or D2 shift (= day shift) or N1 or N2 shift (= night shift + shift premium***)

D1 Shift: 6:00am –6:00pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday
N1 Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday with 15% premium per/hr

• Position Description:
• The Equipment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing the set-up, calibration, verification and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, mechanical assemblies, and finished process modules with a minimal degree of supervision. The ET determines and may assist in the development of test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams. In this role, you may complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing and prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
