• Conduct protective relay testing (electromechanical, solid-state, microprocessor-based)
• Troubleshoot control circuits, switchgear, transformers, breakers, switches, and MCCs
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and relay logic for diagnostics
• Generate accurate test reports in compliance with NETA, IEEE, and NFPA standards
• Interface directly with customers to provide professional technical support
• Maintain strict adherence to jobsite safety protocols
• Travel regionally and nationally approximately 50% of the time


Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Prior U.S. Navy Nuclear EM or ET, or U.S. Army Prime Power Specialist experience
• NETA Level II certification or NICET Level III/IV
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field
• OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, or other safety certifications
• Experience working in utility or mission-critical power environments
