Position Description:
As a Customer Service Engineer you will provide electrical controls support for production teams and customer field service events, including scheduled maintenance, upgrades, unplanned maintenance, and warranty work for gas turbine engines and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dedicated electrical and controls support for field service events.
• Collaborate with the Field Service team on commissioning processes, standard work planning, and new technology scopes.
• Document maintenance activities in Field Service Reports.
• Troubleshoot, commission, and provide technical support for controls and electrical systems.
• Act as the internal and external focal point for field-related electrical/controls issues.
• Support engineering in testing and developing control systems.

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience with industrial/marine gas turbines and control systems.

• U.S. work authorization required.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas regulations and product certification.
