Compensation: $36–$40/hr (Total comp $90K+)
Travel: Up to 65% domestic travel for fielded product support; when not traveling, role is office-based locally.

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Engineer provides electrical controls support for production teams and customer field service needs for gas turbine engines and related systems. This includes scheduled maintenance, upgrades, unplanned maintenance, and warranty support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated electrical and controls support for field service activities.
- Troubleshoot, commission, and resolve electrical/controls issues during field events.
- Collaborate with Field Service teams on commissioning, planning, and new tech scopes.
- Document activities through detailed Field Service Reports.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal/external field electrical/controls questions.
- Support engineering with testing and development of control systems.
- Manage customer projects, including feasibility studies and subcontractor oversight.
- Provide on-call support after hours/weekends as needed.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years’ experience with industrial/marine gas turbines and control systems.
- Strong skills in commissioning, troubleshooting, and electrical/controls systems.
- Solid customer service abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry regulations and certifications.
- U.S. work authorization; ability to pass an eye exam and lift 50+ lbs.ver 50 pounds.
