Position Description:
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for performing warranty repairs, and the commissioning of company utility inverters in the field. Duties include commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, learning to analyze data, operation and maintenance activity and utility inverter applications. This job requires continually working with high voltage electricity and maintaining excellent customer service activities while in the field at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
• Commissions, troubleshoots, repairs, and analyzes company’s utility inverters in the field, via email,
telephone, and site visits.
• Develops a detailed knowledge of company’s utility inverter products, associated company accessories, and third - party accessories that are sold by company for use with the inverters.
• Required to maintain accurate inventory count of spare parts provided by company
• Regularly works with high voltage DC electricity, three phase power, and the relevant software and y
firmware of the inverters.
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction while striving to lower the costs of field service.
• Perform and maintains maintenance activities in accordance with the company product maintenance manual on assigned sites with company customer contractual obligations.
• Requires the ability to work weekend and/or nights on a case-by-case basis.
• Other duties may be required or assigned.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical, electronic and/or network communications are required.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is strongly preferred
• Ability to work nonstandard business hours occasionally to support service customer contracts. Knowledge of solar and/or alternative energy markets is preferred.

Position Description: The Site Supervisor is an on – site project lead for overhead conveyor installation services. You will have overall responsibility for project progress, safety and quality assurance and will also be a key player on the field as well as you yourself will jump in on project work like welding and assembly. Duties include:
• Communicate with the customer onsite as well as our office.
• Run an organized, safe and professional job site.
• Keep record for worker time sheets, safety toolbox talks, and other documentation required.
• Operate a forklift or scissor jack and manage overhead rigging and installation ops
• Operate hand power equipment such as saws, drills, impact guns.

Position Description:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent military experience or Associates Degree with 2 or more years’ experience in servicing critical power equipment
Will consider High School Diploma/GED and 10 or more years’ experience.
Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization.
Advanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products.
Moderate ability to self-Project Manage using MS Project or Excel.
