Position Description: Production Supervisors oversee production and coordinate with leaders of production support staff to review production floor performance. In addition, they coordinate the planning, scheduling, setup, and running of production activities. Supervisors also own the dispersal and distribution of materials for production and maintain labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, have experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, and have availability to support the production teams on 2nd/3rd shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.
This Supervisor would supervise production associate outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling associates; presenting job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Other tasks include: Maintaining production processes by observing process volumes; recommending process adjustments, completing production processes by monitoring progress; expediting material flow and work results; resolving problems, improving process workflow by eliminating stoppages; analyzing delays; testing new methods, recording production by completing daily shift production reports; calculating yields and recoveries, maintaining process flow by communicating production status, requirements, and problems to next shift.

Position Description:
Seeking an experienced industrial electrician with 3-phase 480V and industrial troubleshooting experience to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus and fixtures, using hand, power and precision measuring tools. The electrician diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. The electrician is responsible for the connection of wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Responsible for observing and following all safety regulations and required PPE.

• Ability to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus and fixtures.

Position Description: The Site Supervisor is an on – site project lead for overhead conveyor installation services. You will have overall responsibility for project progress, safety and quality assurance and will also be a key player on the field as well as you yourself will jump in on project work like welding and assembly. Duties include:

Position Description :
The Southwest Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the National Sales Manager and is responsible for driving the company’s growth in the following states: Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

This is a very hands on role and will be responsible identifying and qualifying leads, interviewing prospects, determining customer needs, coordinating/participating in onsite demonstrations, working with the customers to develop cost/benefit analyses, creating customized proposals, and acting as a liaison for all orders, training, and customer service. The best characteristic for this role will be a down to earth, in-the-field mentality as your customers may be Foremen of construction sites or GMs of landfills and you'll need to get on their sites to best service their needs.

Position Description:

• Coordinates the test and model shop schedule, procedures, and results.
• Oversees use of computer software and hardware to conduct tests on mechanical products and systems.
• Maintains Technical Center files and records. Suggests innovative ideas to improve data acquisition.
• Confer with engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data and data interpretation.
• Staffs, trains and supervises Engineering Technicians and Model Shop personnel. Maintains a competent and motivated staff to carry out departmental duties.
• Establishes safety procedures, reviews work processes for ergonomic impact, enforces Personal. Protective Equipment requirements and maintains equipment and testing facility in accordance with OSHA standards.

Requirements: 
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with a focus in engineering, scientific or technical and 5+ years of engineering, product testing / development or direct experience leading a commercial HVAC team.
• A Technical degree and 10+ years of engineering, product testing / development or direct experience leading a commercial HVAC team will also be considered.
• 3+ years of management experience with proven success coaching and developing high performing teams.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Knowledge and demonstrated use of Visual Management, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of direct experience in a product testing or an R&D lab; Familiar with test equipment, laboratory testing, workflow processes and quality systems.

As a Line Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery, ensuring high-quality production of sectional and rolling doors and their components.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Operate assigned machinery and equipment such as roll formers, presses, milling machines, welding tools, cutters, routers, molding, and extrusion machines.

Position Description: As a 2nd Shift Lead Machinist, you will oversee a team of 5-10 manual machinists, ensuring they are efficiently producing accurate parts by managing project workflows, interpreting complex blueprints, troubleshooting machine issues, training new machinists, and maintaining safety quality standards within the machine shop, all while primarily focusing on manual machining operations.

Requirements: Candidates must have a HS diploma/GED. Demonstrate ability to lead and oversee the machinist team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training as needed. Candidates ensure that work is completed according to specifications and deadlines. with a strong mechanical background, good knowledge of mechanics, machining cylinder rods, pistons, barrels, and heads for heavy duty industrial, mining and construction hydraulic cylinders. Candidates will operate large lathes, mills, drills, and shop equipment, so experience with running engine (manual) lathes is required. Candidates must have a good background and pass a drug test and physical.
