The position is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) responsible for leading a team of Program and Project Managers ensuring the professional delivery of complex electrical switchgear projects to our global data centre clients. This strategic leadership role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest QA and H&S standards.

Maintaining excellent client relationships and acting as a point of escalation is a critical aspect of the role. This role requires a strong technical understanding of Project Management Systems and Techniques, exceptional relationship development skills and a very high degree of financial and commercial acumen.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Develop and implement a Project Management Process, ensuring alignment between US and IRL systems.

• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Implement robust project governance, risk management and reporting structures.
• Provide clear, accurate and regular reports on all active projects.

Risk Management:

• Proactively identify, monitor and mitigate project risks and issues (internal or external).
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalate to ensure project momentum and successful outcomes.
• Utilize regular Lessons Learned activities to ensure identified risks are not repeated.

Client Engagement:

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, we are seeking a highly motivated / strategic VP of Production who will be responsible for delivering excellence across all production-related functions, including Production Operations, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance (QA), Warehousing and Facilities Management (FM). This role will ensure operational efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement to meet business objectives and profitability. Reporting to the Quality Manager, we are seeking a highly driven Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure that our global supply base consistently delivers components and assemblies that meet stringent electrical, mechanical and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, experience with electrical / mechanical components and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, qualifying and continuously improving suppliers that provide components for our switchgear production lines e.g. metal enclosures, breakers, wiring harnesses etc. This role ensures suppliers meet quality, cost, delivery and compliance expectations through structured audits, data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supplier Quality Management:

• In conjunction with the Supply Chain Team, qualify new suppliers and manage ongoing supplier performance through audits, scorecards and process reviews.
• Ensure supplier adherence to relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, UL, IEC and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Implement and validate supplier onboarding processes e.g. PPAPs, control plans and process capability studies.

Component & Manufacturing Quality:

• Evaluate and validate incoming electrical / mechanical components including wiring harnesses, breakers, metal fabrications, transformers and subassemblies.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, we are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Project Cost Accountant to support the financial performance analysis of multiple customer projects within our LV switchgear project portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring accurate cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting across a range of data center client projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Program and Project Managers, Finance and Operations teams to provide insights that drive informed decision-making and project success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze project budgets, actuals, committed spend and forecasts-to-complete.
• Prepare weekly project cost reports, variance analyses and performance dashboards.
• Support cost-to-complete modelling and planned vs actual reporting.
• Identify financial risks early and escalate where required.

This role focuses on risk assessment, incident prevention and fostering a strong safety culture across all operations, inclusive of our manufacturing facility and site installation programs for our data-centre clients. The ideal candidate will be a pro-active person with significant hands-on experience in implementing and validating EHS systems and validating regulatory compliance. This role is critical in scaling our US operations, enhancing and ensuring world-class EHS performance on behalf of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Compliance & Regulatory Management:

• Ensure adherence to local and international EHS regulations, standards, and company policies.

Reporting to our Quality Assurance Manager, we are seeking an Incoming Quality Inspector to join our team in Williamsburg, VA. This role is responsible for verifying the physical and technical quality of all incoming raw materials, components and assemblies used in the production of our electrical switchgear i.e. PDUs, RPPs and LV Switchgear. You will help ensure that all received items meet required specifications, engineering drawings and quality standards before they are released to production. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, experience with electrical / mechanical components and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspection & Verification:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of components, materials and sub-assemblies based on purchase specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase order requirements.
• Conduct basic electrical tests where applicable (continuity, insulation resistance).

Documentation & Reporting:

• Document inspection results, discrepancies and non-conformances into the QMS.
• Record inspection results in the quality management system.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods, inspection results and supplier performance.
• Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions.

Compliance:
