As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you’ll serve as the on-site electrical subject matter expert, supporting the maintenance team with troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment. This role plays a key part in executing the site’s preventative maintenance strategy, while also supporting predictive maintenance tasks and leadership duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
• Maintain and diagnose instrument/electrical components
• Conduct vibration data collection/analysis and equipment balancing
• Perform UT and thermography inspections; maintain data logs
• Install, align, and repair various mechanical and rotating equipment
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting
• Use predictive tools and equipment in maintenance processes
• Mentor and train other maintenance technicians
• Serve as back-up to the Maintenance Supervisor when required
• Actively promote and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Respond promptly to all safety incidents and near misses
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with rotary equipment (e.g., kilns, granulators) preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Proficient in using hand tools, welding/torches, pneumatic/electric tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Capable of performing shaft and motor alignments
• Comfortable working at heights and in a heavy industrial environment around chemicals and moving equipment
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills

Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated Commodity Specialist who will be responsible for managing supplier sourcing, approval, onboarding, delivery to PO schedule and ongoing performance through structured business reviews and escalation processes. This role is critical in ensuring our Supply Chain resilience, compliance and continuous improvement across strategic commodities. You will be responsible for helping us scale a robust supply chain for our US operations, ensuring on-time-in-full profitability, excellence in delivery performance and development of strong customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:

• Lead the sourcing / onboarding process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for metal, electrical components and fabricated assemblies.
• Analyze market trends, LME / COMEX copper indices and material price fluctuations to mitigate risk.
• Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements with material suppliers and component OEMs.
• Lead RFQs, benchmarking activities and cost modeling for switchgear materials.
• Support localization and dual-sourcing initiatives to ensure resilience in supply.

General Supplier Management:

• Conduct audits and performance reviews focusing on quality, delivery and standards compliance.
• Collaborate to implement cost reductions, lead-time improvements and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor supplier capacity and proactively manage risk of material shortages.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments and due diligence (financial, operational, capacity).
• Collaborate with your peer teams to validate supplier capabilities and certifications.
• Negotiate to achieve best price and margin, ensuring compliance with quality and service guarantees.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Serve as the senior supplier interface, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Build relationships through clear communication, proactive management and reliable performance.
• Support sales by providing input on quotation development, project feasibility and execution risk analysis.

Supplier Performance Management:

• Develop, maintain and report supplier scorecards and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks for project performance monitoring, reporting and escalation.
• Ensure robust supplier capacity planning, scheduling, resourcing, milestone tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance trends and initiate corrective actions or improvement plans as needed.
• Manage the supplier escalation processes, including root cause analysis and resolution tracking.

Supply Chain Risk Mitigation:

• Implement a structured risk identification, assessment and mitigation framework for your supply base.
• Identify and assess risks across the supply base, including geopolitical, financial, and operational risks.
• Drive early escalation of identified risks or performance deviations to the US Management Team.
• Maintain a lessons-learned process to Continuously Improve future project outcomes.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
• Support dual sourcing, inventory buffering and supplier diversification initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align supplier capabilities with business needs.
• Provide commodity insights and market intelligence to support sourcing decisions.
• Contribute to business planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making as part of the U.S. SMT.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain / business management or related field.
• Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., APICS, CIPS).
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, commodity management or supplier development.
• Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, performance metrics, and risk management.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supplier management platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage highly complex, large project portfolios with full financial accountability.
• Familiarity with ESG and sustainability frameworks in supplier management.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, aerospace, automotive).
• Demonstrated commitment to ensure our business goals and your functional goals are met / exceeded.
• Ability to travel is required - approx. 60% - 70%.

Reporting to the VP Projects, we are seeking a highly organized Project Control Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects by providing accurate analysis and reporting of all relevant project metrics, including financial performance, delivery schedules, resource utilization and risk indicators across our portfolio of electrical switchgear projects for our data-centre clients. You will manage a team consisting of Project Cost Engineers, Master Schedulers and Document Controllers to ensure that each project stream is executed efficiently, aligned with contractual obligations, client expectations and delivered to the highest standards. You will require a strong technical understanding of Project Management Systems and a very high degree of financial and commercial acumen.

• Ensure alignment between project financials and corporate reporting standards.

Schedule Management:

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Planners to track delivery milestones and schedule performance.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies based on input from Program Managers.
• Support integrated master schedule / SIOPS development and maintenance.

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and present regular and accurate performance reports for senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across all projects.
• Facilitate project control reviews and support audit readiness.

Process Improvement:

• Develop and refine project control processes, templates and tools.
• Promote best practices in cost control, scheduling and performance tracking.
• Train and support project teams in the use of control systems and methodologies.

• Direct daily operations and long-term operations strategy for a dual-unit BWR station.
• Oversee licensed operators and operations supervision teams.

Performance, Reliability & Risk Management

• Own operational metrics such as equipment reliability, scram performance, and procedure adherence.

• Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license (held previously or currently; waiver unlikely but not removed as a requirement).
• 8–10+ years of nuclear industry experience, with at least 4 years in senior supervisory or management roles at a commercial plant.
• Demonstrated experience managing licensed personnel and leading operations organizations.
• Strong understanding of NRC regulations and operational decision-making processes.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for cross-functional environments.

Description

• Complete classroom and lab training in Orlando during first 12 months, combined with on-the-job training at multiple customer sites nationwide.
• Work directly with senior field service engineers to develop skills in equipment operation, maintenance, job site safety, project management, leadership, and business systems.
• After training, supervise technicians and mechanics during turbine generator equipment maintenance shutdowns (planned and unplanned outages).
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble turbines and generators.
• Coordinate upgrades of mechanical/electrical systems to improve output and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global engineering staff on specialized testing.
• Act as the primary customer contact during outages, ensuring timely and accurate repairs.
• Work extended hours (12–14 per day, including weekends/holidays) while deployed.
