Position Overview:

Reporting to a Program Manager, we are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead projects focused on the professional delivery of electrical switchgear projects for our data-centre clients from initiation to final delivery. You will ensure that your project portfolio is executed efficiently, aligned with client expectations and delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and financial performance. Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships is a critical aspect of the role. You will require a strong technical understanding of Project Management Systems and a high degree of financial and commercial acumen.

What You'll Be Doing:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budget and resources using PM tools.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Provide accurate reports which provide clarity on alignment of performance to the overall project.
• Monitor general project KPI's, ensuring negative trends are monitored and corrected as required.
• Develop mitigation strategies to correct non-performing projects with peer teams as required.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes (PMI or PRINCE2 frameworks).

Technical Coordination:

• Interpret electrical switchgear specifications and ensure design compliance.
• Ensure projects are being implemented in line with our Project Management Process.
• Balance your customers' program goals with company objectives to ensure common project alignment.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and excellence within your team.
• Liaise with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

Financial Analysis & Cost Control:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost reports for your project portfolios.
• Ensure rigorous financial and commercial management through all phases of your project's lifecycle.

• Use early warning KPIs to identify any financial aspect of your project which is not achieving its goals.
• Review project performance, verifying financial targets are achieved with rational to explain as required.
• Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a senior point of contact, managing escalations and proactively resolving issues impacting delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ability to travel in the nationally / internationally of 10% - 20% of standard hours.
• End-to-end management of change requests and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Risk & Quality Management:

• Proactively identify, monitor and mitigate project risks and issues (internal or external).
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalate to ensure project momentum and successful outcomes.
• Utilize regular Lessons Learned activities to ensure identified risks are not repeated.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, ANSI) and internal quality systems.

Position Details:

Reporting to the Quality Manager, we are seeking a highly driven Product Quality Engineer to ensure that our assembly process consistently delivers finished products that meet stringent electrical, mechanical and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes and products perform on a consistent basis to meet CEL's quality standards and customer requirements. This role focuses on process development and control, defect prevention and continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with electrical / mechanical components and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Quality Assurance in Manufacturing:

• Develop and maintain quality control plans for production processes.
• Monitor and audit manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify the effectiveness of permanent corrective actions over time to ensure there is no recurrence.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to reduce defects and improve process capability.

About The Role:

The Warehouse Picking Operator is responsible for fulfilling internal production orders by accurately and efficiently picking items from storage and preparing them for production. The role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure the correct products and quantities are selected, packed, and labelled according to company standards. The picking operator must also maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Order Fulfilment:

• Receive and interpret pick tickets or digital orders from management.
• Utilize technology, such as RF scanners, to locate products efficiently within the warehouse.
• Select the correct items from storage locations, ensuring accuracy in product type, size, and quantity.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Packing and Preparation:

• Securely pack picked items into boxes, totes, or onto pallets, as needed.
• Apply correct labels and shipping information to packages and pallets.
• Stage completed orders in the designated area for loading and shipment.
• Identify any missing items and ensure issues are escalated to your Team Leader for rectification.

Warehouse Operations and Safety:

• Operate all material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Follow all company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties, including inventory counts, as required.

Inventory Management:

• Update inventory systems as products are picked, ensuring accurate stock records.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
• Assist with restocking inventory when necessary.
• Assist in conducting regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, we are seeking a highly motivated / strategic VP of Production who will be responsible for delivering excellence across all production-related functions, including Production Operations, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance (QA), Warehousing and Facilities Management (FM). This role will ensure operational efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement to meet business objectives and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in establishing a robust production process, implementation of verifiable Lean Manufacturing systems, DFM, Process Development, CI processes. This role is critical in scaling our US operations, enhancing efficiency and ensuring world-class product quality and delivery performance on behalf of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Leadership:

• Assume full accountability for the profitable performance of the US manufacturing program.
• Develop / execute the end-to-end strategy to align with CEL growth objectives and customer expectations.

About The Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

Supplier Quality Management:

• In conjunction with the Supply Chain Team, qualify new suppliers and manage ongoing supplier performance through audits, scorecards and process reviews.
• Ensure supplier adherence to relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, UL, IEC and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Implement and validate supplier onboarding processes e.g. PPAPs, control plans and process capability studies.

Component & Manufacturing Quality:

• Evaluate and validate incoming electrical / mechanical components including wiring harnesses, breakers, metal fabrications, transformers and subassemblies.
• Define supplier inspection requirements and collaborate with receiving inspection teams to maintain robust incoming quality controls.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective action activities (8D, 5 Whys, PFMEA).

Continuous Improvement:

• Implement supplier development initiatives to reduce defect rates, improve yields and enhance process capability.
• Collaborate with peer departments to support NPI programs, design changes and VE efforts.

Issue Resolution:

• Manage supplier non-conformances, concession requests and containment actions.
• Analyze incoming quality data to proactively mitigate quality risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with peer departments to ensure supplier readiness for new PDUs and product line extensions.
• Support prototype build and pilot production with strong focus on supplier process capability and component quality.

About The Role:

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will lead our US R&D and Product Development programs for low-voltage switchgear to support both our datacentre and switchgear product portfolios.

This strategic role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM), and delivering high-performing, scalable products that meet evolving customer and industry demands.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Engineering Management Team (SMT), shaping CEL’s technical roadmap and ensuring alignment with commercial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in electrical and mechanical product development and electrical systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategy and Leadership:

• Define and execute the US R&D and Product Development strategy to align with our growth objectives.
• Lead a high-performing engineering team across multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical, controls).
• Collaborate with peer teams across the business to ensure seamless product lifecycle management.

Product Development:

• Own the end-to-end R&D / Product Development process from concept to launch.
• Utilize FOK methodology to ensure the proposed design meets production Takt Time, Quality and Technical specifications.
• Drive innovation in switchgear design, focusing on modularity, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure all products meet global standards and customer specifications with regular compliance reviews.

Process & Systems:

• Implement robust DFM and NPI processes to support efficient supplier manufacturing processes, in-house assembly methods and integration to existing production flows.
• Sustain Cl methods, using Lean Principles and Al tools, to deliver process efficiencies in engineering.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, designs, BOMs, and design validation protocols.

About The Role:

Reporting to our Quality Assurance Manager, we are seeking an Incoming Quality Inspector to join our team in Williamsburg, VA. This role is responsible for verifying the physical and technical quality of all incoming raw materials, components and assemblies used in the production of our electrical switchgear i.e. PDUs, RPPs and LV Switchgear. You will help ensure that all received items meet required specifications, engineering drawings and quality standards before they are released to production.
