About The Role:

Reporting to our Production Supervisor, we are seeking Switchgear Team Leaders who are responsible for providing effective ‘on-the-ground' leadership to all production staff, ensuring that output targets, product quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. Production Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end construction of panels up to and including customer FAT and shipping.

About The Role:
