Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Sourcing Specialist on our RPO team, you'll be responsible for building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates and evaluating these candidates against position requirements. You'll support various administrative endeavors in the recruiting process, and work to sharpen your skills as an integral part of the recruiting team.

Who You Are

You have an eye for talent. You'll source candidates via resume databases, networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language and through social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques.
You love to network. You'll solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
You're tech-savvy. You'll utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
You're a problem solver. You'll identify perceived difficulties with searches and research solutions by collaborating with the recruitment team.
You're a hard charger. You'll proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search; and work across internal teams while handling multiple requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pools.
You're a team player. You'll work in a collaborative, fast paced team-oriented environment and are driven to exceed expectations

Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Passion for recruiting and experience in pipeline building
Ability to review job descriptions and understand client staffing needs
Strong social networks

Preferred Qualifications

4-year college degree
Experience working remotely
