Account Executives - Business to Business Sales Opportunities

Account Executives are responsible for discovering and securing job opportunities for our veteran job seekers. Account Executives create and maintain relationships with America's leading companies to provide a pipeline of military talent that only Orion can offer. As an Account Executive you will grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts through development of your lead list, business development calls, and client visits.

Once a job offer is received, it is the Account Executive who discusses the specific opportunity with the selected candidates, provides interview guidance and preparation for the candidate and arranges the interview process. Throughout the final phases of the hiring process you will work with both the client and candidate to provide superior customer service and consultation to each.

Business Development Managers - Industry Verticals

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the identification, selling, and expansion of accounts in a specific designated industry, including Construction, Finance/Accounting, Medical, Technology, or IT.

This is a national position role where you will be expected to develop Orion product lines including Military, Civilian, Mid-Level, and Executive. Other responsibilities include the identification of military programs or RPO opportunities. Development of accounts can include the inclusion of Account Executives from offices or the formation of strategic teams.

Candidate Recruiters - Recruiting Opportunities

Candidate Recruiters work directly with military job seekers to place them in civilian careers in corporate America. This position may be specialized to certain industries including Construction, Finance/Accounting, Medical, Technology, or IT.

Candidate Recruiters source, screen and build relationships with candidates and match them with job openings that are a fit with their background, experience and preferences. As a Candidate Recruiter you will travel to military bases within your territory to meet with job seekers, and utilize Orion's proprietary methods to source candidates.

You will help job seekers with resume creation and revision, and prepare them for interviews and hiring conferences. You will attend Hiring Conferences in your region, providing support and guidance throughout each Conference, and work with candidates until they receive and accept an offer, maintaining contact through the beginning of their position and beyond.

Our Production Assistant team provides administrative support to Account Executives and Candidate Recruiters. RPO Recruiters are responsible for supporting client needs within various fields of business. RPO Recruiters act as a consultant, advisor, and a true business partner to develop strategic solutions, creative recruiting, and sourcing plans.

RPO Recruiters build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships by delivering high-level consultative solution-based recruiting services throughout a full-cycle recruiting process.
