Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Operations Administrator, you'll be key to the success of our organization. You'll support continued growth and success by partnering with our RPO recruiters in managing all administrative recruiting activities. You'll be an integral part of our team, working to open job requisitions, schedule and facilitate interviews, maintain records, post to job boards, conduct background checks and drug screens, arrange travel (post COVID), draft offer letters - and any other administrative tasks needed.

  • Passionate and driven. You're highly interested and committed to the recruiting field with the desire to join a growing team where you're responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition function and team.
  • Customer oriented. You have a strong understanding of customer service. You're comfortable engaging candidates over the phone with strong follow-up and follow-through, meeting commitments and deadlines while ensuring tasks are completed satisfactorily.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ year administrative or other HR/office experience
  • Associate's degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Fierce and competitive spirit

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree
  • Experience in HR or Human Capital
  • Experience with recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking Systems, proprietary systems, etc.)
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong social networks
