What You'll Do

As a Recruiter on our RPO team, you'll be responsible for supporting client needs within various fields of business. You'll act as a consultant, advisor, and a true business partner to develop strategic solutions, creative recruiting and sourcing plans.

  • You're tech-savvy. You'll partner with our clients to recruit top notch talent by utilizing state of the art technologies, including access to multiple job boards, LinkedIn and many other tools. You'll ensure workflow standards are met and maximize use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Bottom line: you're a pro at utilizing technology and resources to source and discover the best new talent.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years recruiting experience
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

Orion’s Marketing Team is a strong and cohesive team that leads all marketing functions for the company across its five service lines. The team is led by Orion’s Vice President of Marketing who has been with Orion for over 15 years. Within the larger Marketing team, you will be a member of a smaller 4-person team focused on RPO, and you will report to our Programs Marketing Manager. Additionally, you will work closely with our National Sales Team and RPO leadership team.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

This is a newly created role and there is great opportunity to make a strong impact on Orion’s RPO business – your ultimate goals will be to generate new leads, improve our engagement and positioning with experts in the industry, and help us land new business opportunities.

You will lead our engagement strategy with industry analysts, influencers and channel partners. This will involve relationship building with associations, organizations and individuals within the industry, through well-coordinated outreach and regular communication. You will write responses and build submissions for awards and recognition opportunities; as well as organizing, administering, and submitting surveys at multiple points each year. You will assist in planning and coordinating both paid and earned influencer engagement opportunities for our internal SMEs.

There will be a lot of writing required in this role, as you will work with our sales team to respond to RFPs and proposals to win new business. You will write case studies and develop collateral for our sales team.

You will coordinate our lead nurturing campaign for RPO prospects and develop automated email campaigns for prospects who have engaged with our brand in various ways via our content and thought leadership.

You will be highly focused on generating leads by assisting with planning and coordination of thought leadership and content marketing initiatives including webinars, panels, executive roundtables, e-books, infographics, etc.

Your efforts will generate leads and create business opportunities that will be delivered to our Business Development and Sales Teams for follow-up.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in marketing, communications, business development or sales enablement for talent acquisition.
A minimum of 2-3 years working within the RPO industry.
Understanding of leads generation within a Business to Business (B2B) environment.
Excellent writing skills and experience in writing for business.
Skilled in email marketing.
Well organized, and able to successfully manage multiple projects at once.
Experience working remote


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing or business development for an RPO provider.
Experience in writing Request for Proposals (RFPs) or sales proposals.
Experience with creating and executing automated marketing campaigns.
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
Knowledge of key influencers, analysts and organizations within the RPO industry
