Position Description:
• Performs start up, checking, testing, system diagnostics and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium sized new or retrofit projects.

Requirements:
• Requires extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems
• Vocational School four-year program graduate or an associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field. Military experience / training is a substitute.
• Degree may be offset by two years of experience in servicing electronic and or mechanical systems.
• Five to seven years of increasingly responsible experience in servicing electronic controls and or HVAC equipment. Ability to coordinate the work of others on multiple job sites.
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner.

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for design, documentation, and/or programming of
building automation systems (BASs) in compliance with project plans and specifications. Proactive
communication with project team both internal and external including requests for information (RFIs)
and technical risks and opportunities.
• Design of complete building automation systems, including the specification and sizing of
controllers, electromechanical devices, sensors, networks, and computer hardware.
• Site-specific configuration of the WebCTRL system (using SiteBuilder).
• Programming of control algorithms including those that include third-party integration (Eikon).
• Development of graphical and text-based interfaces for building automation systems.

Requirements:

Position Details:
Title: Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (6-hour radius for travel). Per diem and 10% premium if they have to work nights or on travel.
Shift: Day shift; normal Monday to Thursday 4x10s- as needed Friday and very rarely Weekends.
Compensation: $25-$30/hr+ overtime

Position Description:
This position is responsible for assisting in the repair and overhaul of equipment, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, accurately, and on time.
• Provides service to the customer base by repairing and overhauling equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner that exceeds customers’ expectations

Requirements:

Position Description:
A Commercial Boiler Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of commercial boilers to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety regulations. Title: Building Automation Field Service Technician (Fire Alarm)
Location: Remote, home-based in greater Boston area.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.

The company department of Facilities Management Services (FMS) is seeking an AC Technician Journeyman with superb maintenance, troubleshooting and repair skills to join its team. The AC Technician Journeyman performs standard air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation procedures as required. Determines need to repair and/or replace equipment. Estimates materials required for specific job components. Provides leadership and guidance, and trains journeymen and other employees on specific skills and tasks as required.

Position Responsibilities:
• Responds to service calls for air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems, including controls and auxiliary components.
• Performs repair and maintenance procedures for heating and ventilation systems. Works from blueprints, specifications, and schematic diagrams.
• Monitors, adjusts, and calibrates automatic controls of air conditioning and refrigeration system.
• Performs routine safety and maintenance checks on air conditioning and refrigeration system of repair seals, chilled water or condenser water pumps, compressors and pneumatic controls, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Installs equipment and fabricates components for system and equipment.
• Estimates materials required for specific job components.
• Fabricates components for air conditioning, heating, and ventilation system.
• Maintains clean job site throughout duration and cleans up job site following work completion. Maintains safe working conditions for self and others. Stores and maintains supplies, tools and equipment.
• Provides leadership and guidance to others who perform similar work. Sets priorities and timelines and monitors the work of others.
• Trains other journeymen, Zone Maintenance Technicians, or other employee’s specific skills and tasks, as required. Identifies additional training or defines needs for new or continuing training which would benefit staff.
• Prepares reports and/or maintenance records, as needed.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of four-year apprenticeship program
• A combined total of at least 9 years of experience (four years of experience as an apprentice/trade-related trainee AND additional five years minimum experience must be as a journeyman)
• Valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) – Universal certification
• Valid California Driver’s License required
• Must own designated hand tools
• Willingness to work scheduled and non-scheduled overtime.
