Position Summary:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, calibration, and support of advanced pharmaceutical isolators and related equipment. This role includes technical interaction with clients and internal teams, system troubleshooting, on-site training, and support of specialized upgrade services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain isolator systems and related pharmaceutical equipment
  • Perform airflow analysis, HEPA filter scanning, calibrations, and requalifications
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
  • Support upgrades and validations, including wireless glove testing and control conversions
  • Train clients on equipment operation post-installation or maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal service, sales, and technical support teams
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed, including multi-week training in Switzerland


Requirements:

  • Technical training in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics (military background welcome); Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Field service or mechanical experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or lab environments
  • Knowledge of PLCs, schematics, wiring diagrams, P&ID
  • Proficient in calibration, electronics, general mechanics
  • Familiarity with cGMP, OSHA, FDA, EU, USP/EP standards preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT tools
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Willingness to travel up to 90%, including occasional weekends

Position Summary: We are looking for Field Service
Engineer to support critical power facilities. This position requires a

  • Field Service Engineering
  • Electrical power including low voltage through medium

  • Experience with most types of automatic transfer switch
    testing
  • Reading schematics and blueprints for power control,
    automation and customer technical support
  • Familiarity with all applicable codes and industry
    standards
  • Proficient in taking care of client interactions and
    completing projects on time and within budget guidelines
  • Strong project management skills with excellent decision
    making, organization and management capabilities
  • Must be self-directed and very committed to customer
    satisfaction
  • Individuals must possess a valid Driver's license in good
    standing
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
    without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Excellent customer service, time management and follow-up
    skills
  • Power distribution, DC/AC, Voltage Circuit Theory and
    practical troubleshooting skills
