Job Description

• Overseeing contractor safety performance
• Controlling project costs by monitoring budget, negotiating with contractors and change orders, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without sacrificing quality
• Identify potential risks early and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget
• Managing project schedule, ensuring deadlines are met, and potential delays are addressed
• Facilitate communication among various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Navigating through the regulatory landscape, ensuring projects comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and secure necessary permits
• Have knowledge of critical data center equipment such as Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Switchgear, Transformers, Power Feeders, Chillers, Plumbing, Fire Detection/Suppression, Air Handling Units, Computer Room Air Handling/Conditioning Units, UPS, CRAH, CRAC
• Providing continuity in the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes in the project team, ensuring that the project’s goals and vision remain consistent
• Offer valuable insights and recommendations for cost-effective solutions, helping owners in making informed decisions that balance quality and budget considerations
• Work directly with onsite Sr DCCM/PM and mentor other members of the build teams

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and understanding of technical concepts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with technical teams.
• Ability to manage timelines and ensure high-quality standards.
• Must be familiar with local, state, and federal regulations related to data center construction.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, Outlook, Procore, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of cost management and risk mitigation
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or  construction management preferred, not required.
• Experience: 5-10 years’ experience in data center construction and data center project management

Job Description

• Night or evening shift
• Rotating weekly schedule:
• Week 1: 3 days on, 4 days off
• Week 2: 4 days on, 3 days off
• Shifts include either Saturday or Sunday, depending on
  whether the employee works the front half or back half of the week.
• Shift rotations occur every 3 months.

• Comprehensive benefits to include 100% of medical

  $1.80/hr per diem provided for Swing and Graveyard employees.

• OJT will provide skills necessary to test up to
  Tech 2, Tech 3, and Lead Technician.

Position
Description

• The Data Center Operations (DCO) Systems Technician will
  work as a team player to provide technical escort in support of all
  maintenance, operations, and expansion efforts, including critical
  infrastructure of power, cooling systems, communications, and facilities. Also,
  completing preventative maintenance as planned by Systems Management.

Other
responsibilities

• Responsible for and maintain 100% critical systems uptime.
• Handle different tool and equipment with precision.
• Adhere to Safety Policy and Procedure.
• Work with vendors and contractors to ensure their work meets
  our standards.
• Assist in inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment for
  unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Perform assigned collateral duties and tasks assigned by
  management staff.
• Ensure customer compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy
  (AUP).
• Ability to run and troubleshoot Modbus, CAT5, CAT6 or
  environmental wiring.
• Knowledge how to operate a thermal imaging tool (FLIR).
• Training will be provided in these areas
• Facilities electrical and mechanical systems that may be
  employed in a data center environment. This may include generators, ATS/STS
  units, PDU units, CRACs, air handling units, fluid coolers, pumps.

Requirements

• Education: Technical Trade School, plus 2+ years experience
  specific to Commercial HVAC and Mechanical troubleshooting/repair.

• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Anticipate and diagnose equipment problems to minimize downtime.
• Execute scheduled maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records.

• 5+ years of experience with installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical equipment (semiconductor experience a plus).
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical/mechanical schematics and technical documentation.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with protective gear.
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently.
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, squat, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods.

Job Description

• Install, repair, and maintain America Probing Systems and related peripherals.
• Perform the installation of electrical, mechanical and communication interfaces between probers, manipulators, testers and network systems.
• Perform PM on Probing Systems.
• Perform basic prober repairs and communicate with the customer regarding status of installs/PM and repairs.
• Communicate with customers regarding the current and future applications requirements and coordinate this information with the application engineering department.
• Understand and communicate information relating to customer device trends and test strategies.
• Complete detailed Field Service Reports (FSRs) and submit to management in a timely manner.
• Document issues that cannot be resolved immediately at the customer site by using appropriate formal(i.e., New Enhancement Requests (NERs), Bug Reports).
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to initiate projects, coordinate resources, document and communicate status and goals, and direct a project to completion.
• Ability to develop and maintain project tracking tools (Gantt charts, Issue tracking, etc.) for multiple project and customers simultaneously.
• Learn how customer uses system in device development and manufacturing test to identify future enhancement opportunities.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams by providing technical expertise, coordinating and performing product demos, and being present at trade shows for customer engagement purposes.
• Ability to develop clear, concise technical documents for new products, procedures, and discoveries to help guide other engineers and customers.
• Travel as required to perform these duties and to obtain training.
