Description
The Field Service Technician will serve as the primary technical resource for on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial laundry equipment at customer locations throughout the Tempe/Phoenix region. This role ensures customer equipment operates at optimal performance and provides hands-on technical support and customer training.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training (mechanical, electrical, welding, or industrial maintenance) preferred
• Field service or maintenance experience with heavy-duty or industrial machinery
• Proficiency with mechanical and electrical tools, testing instruments, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be comfortable traveling frequently within the assigned region
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Capable of working independently and responding to after-hours or emergency service calls as needed
• Physically able to work in varying environments (heat, noise, humidity) and lift/move parts and equipment

• Experience with PLCs or automated control systems
