• Title: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Pittsburgh, PA
• Shift: 4 on, 4 off, Rotating Shifts (5am – 5pm, and 5pm – 5am) between weeks
• Compensation: $97k – 105k in Total Comp First Year
• ($19.23/hour + ~100% Weekly Production Bonus + ~20% Monthly Conversion Bonus = $42 – 44/hour), plus $10k – 12k in annual OT!)

Position Description: In this role you will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, organize downturn activities, maintain maintenance records, preventive maintenance and update documentation.
• You will be responsible for maintaining systems for all production and facilities equipment in the plant.
• You will work as part of a team to ensure that all preventative and corrective maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
• Schedule, perform, assign, and record maintenance and repair tasks.
• Identify modifications and services to increase crane reliability.
• Support safety initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
