Position Description: Maintenance Technician

Orion Talent is helping a leading high-mix, low-volume sheet metal and structural fabrication shop hire a ERP Integration Manager: in Conroe, Texas.

The ERP Integration Manager is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for all ERP functional areas as it relates to the integrated/cross-functional consideration of the ERP solution and ensuring high integrity and standards for all solutions that are developed and rolled out. This position will work across the IT applications environment and be highly engaged where functional integration crosses people, systems, and processes in supply chain, production, and operations. You will report directly to the General Manager. Some other specific expectations include:
• Strong collaborative Information Technology leader with proven record of leading ERP solution design and integration for large enterprise-wide projects

Position Details: Field Service Technician

Locations: Gastonia, NC
Travel: 50% - 75%, M-F with most site visits lasting an average of 3-4 days. Local and regional travel only.
Compensation: Up to $24/hr. There will be lots of opportunity for overtime especially during outage season. You can earn ~$70,000 - $75,000 on your W-2 in your first year. OT pays 1.5x and 2x on Holidays, Per Diem and Field pay included.
Schedule: Primarily M-F 7 AM to 4 PM.

Requirements: The ideal fit for this role is a military mechanic or someone with a basic mechanical aptitude. While speaking with the General Manager, he mentioned that a lot of military technicians, translate well into this role. If you have worked with anything mechanical and have a love to work with your hands, you will have the background they need. They will train if you do not have the exact experience they are looking for, but you must have strong mechanical skills.
