Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $38.50 - $40.50 per hour + OT + Company Vehicle + Tools & Gas

Position Description: As a Field Service Engineer at Miura you will service, inspect, and repair boilers for Miura customers. You will act as a customer service technician for Miura representatives and customers for the Maintenance Department, including scheduling boiler start-ups and inspections, maintenance and management of parts inventory, and providing excellent customer service to build customer trust. Additional duties include performing and reporting the results of water analysis at customer sites, troubleshooting and repairing boiler room equipment, creating proposals for customer site improvements, managing installation projects of boiler and water treatment equipment, and using all water management/maintenance/inspection reports. The company provides a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, credit card, and required equipment/tools. This position is ideally suited for a technician with a solid understanding of fluid theory, pumps, and valves along with a good general electrical knowledge. In this role, you should be comfortable spending up to several hours’ daily windshield time. You should have proficiency at creating reports using Microsoft Office and possess strong communication skills; able to lead presentations and meetings by explaining key concepts concisely. To be successful, you will need to build and maintain customer trust while keeping a business-oriented mindset and professional attitude. While you will generally work Monday – Friday day shift, you must be available in flexible hours as needed for customer support or on-call situations. As you will be issued a company vehicle, you must possess a current valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment.
A solid understanding of fluid theory, pumps, and valves along with electrical knowledge.

Position Description: Company is seeking Mill Electrical Technicians to join their team at their plant located in Pueblo, Colorado. As a Mill Electrical Technician (MET), you will provide all necessary electrical, electronic, and combustion-instrumentation maintenance to all areas of the Mill safely and efficiently. This position reports to the Superintendent of Maintenance.
• Serve the function(s) of a Combustion-Instrumentation Technician, Electronic Repairman, and/or Electrical Inspector (Maintenance Electrician) depending upon training and certification
• Complete the RMSM training program to become skilled in all three of the crafts mentioned above
• Troubleshoot, repair, dismantle, assemble, and install a variety of equipment throughout the mill

This position will use precision assembly techniques to restore the spindle to like new levels of quality and performance. Position Description:
The Production Coordinator assists in the manufacturing and production schedules for individual departments and operations. They check actual vs. planned production schedules and align purchasing and inventory management responsibilities in coordination of production schedule. They alter purchasing responsibilities to compensate for increases in production or changes in production schedule with a focus on adhering to customer timelines. Position Description | Director of Operations
The Manufacturing Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for overseeing and assisting with the production, warehousing, and shipment preparation of Company erosion control products.

Primary Duties Include:
• Manage the overall operations of the shift as it relates to production of materials.
• Assist in ensuring safe operations are maintained along each part of the production line.
• Oversee Bag out of finished product, label, and prepare for shipment finished goods.

The Senior Valve Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, testing, and inspecting automatic flow control valves used in municipal and industrial water systems, manufacturing, production, and other facility systems. This position requires advanced knowledge of valve systems, troubleshooting, and safety and quality standards compliance. The technician will lead projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure operational excellence in all valve-related tasks.

Valve Maintenance and Repair:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain various valves, including automatic flow control valves, safety relief valves, gate valves, ball valves, and butterfly valves.
Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble valves to ensure functionality and safety compliance.

Inspection and Testing:
Perform in-field and shop testing to evaluate valve performance and integrity.
Conduct hydrostatic, pneumatic, and functional tests to verify valve operation.

Troubleshooting:
Identify operational issues with valves and water systems and recommend corrective actions.
Provide root cause analysis and suggest improvements to prevent future failures.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and tests performed.
Complete detailed reports and update asset management systems.

Leadership and Mentorship:
Provide guidance and training to junior valve technicians.
Serve as a technical resource for complex valve issues and projects.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and facility-specific protocols.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ANSI.

Project Management:
Lead valve-related projects, including installations, upgrades, and shutdowns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of work.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with advancements in valve technology and maintenance practices.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.


Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a valve technician or in a similar role, with expertise in water distribution and valve systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic and testing equipment.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong understanding of valve designs, materials, and control systems. Familiarity with valve automation is a plus.
Relevant certifications, such as API 510, API 570, or ISA certifications, are desirable.
High school diploma or GED; technical certifications in valve maintenance preferred.

Position Description
As Director of Operations, you will report directly to the President of Mulch Operations and will be primarily responsible for overseeing daily operations of the plant including team building, production planning, manufacturing efficiency, raw material procurement, manufacturing profitability, product quality, delivery reliability, plant safety, inventory management, human resources, customer service, and regulatory compliance. Position Requirements
• The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field. Should also have previous leadership experience as well as related manufacturing process experience.
• Basic understanding of 440V 3 Phase wiring, PLC use in process control, and experience with developing preventative maintenance plans a significant plus.

Position Description:
The Assembler is tasked with the rework and rebuild spindles, often without prints. This position will use precision assembly techniques to restore the spindle to like new levels of quality and performance. This is a demanding job that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, a knowledge of machine tools, constant attention to detail and the ability to perform very precise assembly work to ultra-close tolerances. The knowledge and use of computers and software is essential.

Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have a high school diploma or GED with a working knowledge of algebra, geometry and trigonometry. Three or more years of experience in complex machine building or repair or similar work such as automotive engine/ transmission repair work, experience in electronics, programmable controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics are desirable. Candidates need to have knowledge of bearings, bearing functions and proper bearing assembly protocol. Need to be able to read blueprints and bill of materials and use precision measuring devices.
