- Coordinates material movement between departments per routing requirements.
- Sorts questionable materials per Quality Control’s request.
- Prints and distributes pick tickets and performs computer transactions as necessary.
- Organizes sequence of pulling material and relays information to Material Support.
- Ensures production schedules are met by timely and accurate processing and movement of goods. Assists during daily peak times to include operating material handling equipment and perform all necessary computer transactions.
- Ensures good communication and feedback with management, employees on their shift, and between shifts.

CNC laser loader/ un- loader is responsible for using overhead crane to retrieve material sheets and load on laser machine. They will also unload finished product into containers and remove “skeleton” from laser machine. Loaders/un-loaders are responsible to de slag the laser beds and clean dust bucket and slug trays. Loaders/ un-loaders will transport carts of finished product to the next production station.
