Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: Typically, day shift and must be flexible for travel throughout the Dallas region
Compensation: $30-32 hourly starting annualized wage plus OT

Position Description:
Maintains and repairs stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries by performing the following duties. Diagnose the cause of equipment malfunction or failure. Disassembles repairs and reassembles components and units as required. Adjusts and calibrates equipment to operating specifications. Assembles and installs new units as required. Sells Assured Preventive Maintenance Programs, service & repair parts, compounds, and chemicals.

• Receives working instructions, work orders, blueprints, or drawings from supervisor.
• Reviews job requirements and verifies that the required tools, equipment, parts, material, and manuals are part of the service vehicle inventory.
• Diagnoses the cause of equipment malfunction or failure by interviewing customer, using appropriate monitoring and test equipment.
• Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles units as required.
• Uncrates and assembles new units according to specifications.
• Trains customer-operating personnel.
• Cleans or directs other workers to clean boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Inspects and repairs boiler fittings such as safety valves, regulators, automatic control mechanisms, and water columns, and auxiliary machines such as pumps, draft fans, stokers, and burners.
• Replaces damaged boiler tubes and plates.
• Repairs or replaces high-pressure piping. Patches boiler insulation, Paints surface of equipment. Performs water pressure test by pumping water into system to determine location of leaks.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six (6) years’ experience in related field or three (3) years related experience with technical school background or two (2) years company product mechanical experience.

Requirements/ Relevant Experience:
• Skilled technicians with formal technical training and 4+ years of technical experience.
• Military backgrounds in electronics, electrical maintenance, and/or mechanical component repair are all great skill sets and backgrounds that translate successfully to these roles.
• Technical metrology or prior calibration experience is preferred. Experience with universal destructive testing machines and extensometers is also preferred but not required.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline

Position Description:
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Associate is a key member of the company sales team. The person in this role maintains positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for accurately quoting and processing customer orders and requirements, assisting customers and co-workers with managing delivery expectations and product availability, freight expectations and dispute resolution.

Position Description: A EHS Manager is responsible for supporting the development of EHS policies and programs, advising and instructing on various safety-related topics, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing preventative measures. Position Details:
Title: Service Technician
Location: Broadview Heights, OH
Shift: M-F flexible on which hours you work, Typical O/T ranges from 2-10 hrs per week.
Compensation: $27-31/hour. This is a “salary plus” position, meaning you will be paid for 40 hours no matter what, and anything over that is time and a half. If you work on a Saturday, you are paid time and a half the first 8 hours, then double time for anything over 8 hours. Sunday and holidays are always paid double time.

Travel: Travel is required for this position to customer sites with out-of-area and possible overnight travel expected.

• Applicant should have proven boiler operator experience.

As an Installation Field Service Technician you will be providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions, identifying opportunities and presenting customer with a range of options from equipment upgrades or replacements, to new value-added services. • Inspection of hydraulic equipment to ensure proper installation and operation within expected parameters.
