Orion holds approximately 70 Military Hiring Conferences annually across the United States. An Orion Hiring Conference is your opportunity to interview up to ten qualified, prescreened former military candidates, in a private and professional interview environment. You will be able to present on your company and available positions, and enjoy a networking event with the candidates prior to their interviews the following day.
Throughout the conference you will receive personalized attention to ensure the best in customer service, including insight on the transitioning military candidates, and advice on the most effective hiring strategy. Our average selection rate per lineup is over 50%, with an average hire cycle time less than 21 days.

National Distinguished Candidate Conference
Orion's National Distinguished Candidate Conferences are your opportunity to interview the very best Military Officers within our candidate pool for positions in Engineering, Sales, Leadership Development and Operations Management. The candidates selected for the DCC represent the top talent transitioning from the Military and have distinguished themselves in education, performance, and potential. Additionally, they are geographically flexible.

In addition to our regional and national hiring events, we also offer Virtual Hiring Conferences to best accommodate your schedule and availability. All you need is a good internet connection and a virtual interviewing platform of your choice to interview our military candidates from anywhere in the country, without the need to travel. Orion created the Mini-Conference® for our preferred clients with multiple and high-volume recruiting needs. These private, on-site hiring events feature candidates brought to you by our national network of recruiters. You will be able to complete all presentations, interviews and testing in just one day, with no travel involved if done onsite. The average hire rate from these events is 70%, with cycle time to hire of less than 5 days. There is no faster or more efficient way to fill multiple positions with Orion talent.
If you are unable to attend a Hiring Conference, or are time constricted with a high priority position, we will directly submit qualified candidates for pre-arranged interviews. You can conduct these interviews at your convenience without the need to travel.
