Reporting to the CEO, The VP of Weapon Systems Sustainment Leads and manages a team of 7 Military Consultants who support various Contracts supplying the USAF, NAVAIR and US ARMY with weapon systems products and spares.

• Lead and manage a team of professionals in the Military Consultant function located across the country with a focus on Air Force, Navy Air, Army Aviation, and Army Ground Vehicles.
• Continuous education on the products and capabilities of each company client manufacturer.
• Seek market intelligence that impacts manufacturing clients, to include the following actions:
• Managing strategies and plans to identify key programs, program managers, engineers, material managers, and/or equipment specialists for each assigned weapon system or commodity program annually. • Oversee the sources sought notices process issued by the assigned installations to determine potential for new business opportunities for clients. Manage the attendance and reporting of potential business opportunities briefed at Government-sponsored requirements symposia or similar weapon systems conferences hosted by the installations.

The Field Service Engineer II is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing automated instruments used in histology, cytology, and hematology. We’re hiring a Field Power Generation Technician with deep technical skills in diesel and gaseous power systems. No vehicle repair. No fleet maintenance. Just true generator expertise.

• Diagnose, repair, and overhaul diesel and gaseous generator systems in the field
• Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems, engine control panels, and switchgear
• Conduct load bank testing, performance assessments, and system upgrades
• Complete full generator rebuilds and PMs (preventive maintenance)
• Travel across Alaska (remote, rugged conditions) to support mission-critical systems
• Accurately document service reports and maintain compliance with safety protocols

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with generator systems, preferably field-based
• Strong understanding of AC/DC electrical systems, AVRs, transfer switches, and switchgear
• Capable of engine overhauls and using diagnostic tools independently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (including multi-week field assignments)
• Must own relevant tools or be able to build a personal tool inventory

• Associate degree in Diesel Technology, Power Generation, or Electrical/Mechanical fields
• Experience working in harsh environments or remote field service settings

Position Summary:

• Read and interpret complex shop drawings, blueprints, and machining programs.
• Understand and troubleshoot G-code and other program instructions to ensure accurate machining.
• Calculate dimensions, locations, and compound angles using trigonometric functions.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with 2 hours of standard daily overtime available (typical 50-hour week). Rare weekend work.
• Facility: 30,000 sq. ft. machining facility focused on large custom builds.
• Tools: Candidates are expected to provide their own basic tools (indicators, edge finders, micrometers, wrenches, etc.). Payroll deductions available for tool purchases if needed.
