Position Description:
Provides professional technical service and support on the installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of patient monitoring and anesthesia products. Role includes software upgrades, documentation, customer visits, and technical support to both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical service for installations, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of products in assigned territory
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on industry advancements through training and self-study
  • Work alongside senior field reps for hands-on development
  • Offer phone-based support to customers, sales, and clinical education staff
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, regional teams, and technical support
  • Accurately document all service-related activities in accordance with administrative and quality standards (including MDR and field corrections)
  • Manage and renew service contracts; identify new contract opportunities and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain and organize company vehicle, test equipment, spare parts, and inventory in good condition
  • Support Sales and Clinical Education teams with technical expertise
  • Participate in on-call rotation 24/7, including holidays and emergency service during off hours
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of biomedical or field service engineering experience (preferred)
  • Required availability for rotating on-call schedule, 24/7 including holidays
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel regularly within assigned multi-state region

JOB SUMMARY
Process Engineer III is responsible for programming toolpaths with CAM software and creating fixtures and process drawings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Participates in performance improvement activities with the manufacturing teams as needed.
  • Provides technical support for manufacturing, material, and subcontracting in the post-PO phase.
  • Completes estimates using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, which includes detailed routing and a detailed bill of materials.
  • Sends RFQs to vendors for material and/or subcontracting operations to complete quotes.
  • Conducts engineering reviews for the contract review process, which compares POs and quotes technical requirements as needed.
  • Maintains part hierarchy and drawing/revision number documentation and prepares SRP.
  • Reviews engineering change request reviews.
  • Reviews customer change requests, evaluates cost and delivery impact, and notifies the business development team as needed.
  • Coordinates the job kickoff meetings with the Lead Engineer and Quality Manager.
  • Creates fixtures and process drawings as needed.
  • Programs toolpath with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software as needed.
  • Provides technical guidance to Process Engineers I and II.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering technology, or 4+ years of experience in process engineering, estimating, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Earned a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
  • Strong background in machining, blueprint reading, and geometric dimensional and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) and computer-aided design (CAD) experience.
  • Strong computer literacy, written and verbal communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in computer numerical control (CNC) machining.
  • 3-dimensional modeling experience.
  • ERP experience.
  • Controlled-unclassified information (CUI) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) experience.
  • Powermill experience.
  • Siemens NX experience.

We are currently looking for a Level A Diesel Technician who can fully diagnose and repair Medium to Heavy Duty International Trucks.

DUTIES
  • Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic test, identifying worn and damaged parts focusing on safety, quality, and customer up time.
  • Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
  • Provide technical service to
    vehicles and equipment. Including trouble shooting, electrical and diagnostic
    services.
  • Read Repair Order, observe and
    listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work
    procedures.
  • Perform general and detailed repair
    of all trucks, engines, and components.
  • Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
  • Install injectors, pistons, liners,
    cam shafts, cylinder heads, rod and main bearings, oil pans, clutches, fan
    hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, brakes, change or recharge batteries, and
    replace transmissions and other parts.
  • Examine protective guards, loose
    bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Lubricate moving parts and drive
    repaired vehicle to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Advise the Service Supervisor if
    additional repair work is necessary
  • Tag all warranty parts and returns
    to warranty clerk.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly working
    area, and proper handling of company tools
  • Follow safe work practices and
    procedures, uses safety equipment when required, responds to suggestions for
    working safely and seeks assistance when necessary.
  • Attend training classes and keep
    abreast of factory technical bulletins
  • Other duties assigned by manager.·    

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • High
    school diploma or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or
    experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be
    considered.
  • Related
    technical school training preferred.
  • Three
    to five years of commercial truck technical service experience.
  • Engine
    certifications preferred: Cummins, Detroit, International, etc.
  • Necessary
    tools to perform job responsibilities
  • Ability
    to work and learn independently.
  • Strong
    written/ verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability
    to use various windows-based computer software. Experience with engine software
    a plus
  • Valid
    commercial driver’s license preferred.
