Compensation: $70K–$85K base + company vehicle + company credit card + commission

Travel: Up to 50% overnight travel across CO, WY, SD, and NE
Provides professional technical service and support on the installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of patient monitoring and anesthesia products. Role includes software upgrades, documentation, customer visits, and technical support to both customers and internal teams.
- Perform technical service for installations, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of products in assigned territory
- Continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on industry advancements through training and self-study
- Work alongside senior field reps for hands-on development
- Offer phone-based support to customers, sales, and clinical education staff
- Maintain professional communication with customers, regional teams, and technical support
- Accurately document all service-related activities in accordance with administrative and quality standards (including MDR and field corrections)
- Manage and renew service contracts; identify new contract opportunities and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain and organize company vehicle, test equipment, spare parts, and inventory in good condition
- Support Sales and Clinical Education teams with technical expertise
- Participate in on-call rotation 24/7, including holidays and emergency service during off hours
- 3–5 years of biomedical or field service engineering experience (preferred)
- Required availability for rotating on-call schedule, 24/7 including holidays
- Excellent customer service, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel regularly within assigned multi-state region
