Position Details:
• Title: Authorized Inspector (Trainee)
• Location: Green Bay, WI
• Shift: Mon-Fri, Normal working hours. Occasional evening and weekend work. Will work longer hours during outages, which is typically once a year and last 4-12 weeks.
• Compensation: $72,500K + OT + paid training – 4–5-month process. pay increase after training completion.

• Travel: Required – occasional overnights, depending on territory

Position Description:
• Train for 12-14 weeks for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)/National Board training/certification commissions.
• 120 hours of on-the-job training with another Inspector to complete training process.
• Perform new construction, repair, alteration and jurisdiction inspections of boilers and pressure vessels as required by the American Society of Mechanical Engineering Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME Code) Sections III, and National Board Code including referenced construction codes and standards of our clients.

Requirements:
• High school diploma and equivalent (Military) work experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of boiler and/or high-pressure steam & water system maintenance/operation experience
• 4+ years of mechanical experience with Boilers and Pressure Vessels in a power plant-Nuke or conventional
• MM/BT, or an SRO and/or a Steam PPWO/EOOW 3+ years
• Navy Nuke EM or ET with a minimum of 3yrs qualified SRO experience
• Quality Assurance inspections of mechanical equipment, water, and steam systems
• Boiler and/or steam system maintenance and operation
• Inspections on mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
• NBIC Boiler Inspector Qualification a plus
• Insurance inspection service experience involving risk-based inspections and analysis
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and web-based applications, Lotus Notes
• Clean driving record and must be able to pass a background check.

Position Details: Field Service Technician
• Location: Oshkosh, WI
• Shift: Generally, a traditional day shift. Some non-traditional hours may be necessary
• Compensation: $30-$36/hr., plus OT. First Year W2 ~ $70-$85k

Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Field Service Technician will be hands on work relating to field services, equipment operation and product installation. The Service Technician will coordinate field service schedules, prepare, and execute scope of work and document the completion of services rendered. The position will advise and assist the Sales Team on all aspects of equipment assessments and estimations of service work. They will support installation, service repair and troubleshooting of industrial laundry equipment in the field including but not limited to: New Equipment Installation; Equipment Operational Training; Post-Sale Support; Equipment Rework or Field Upgrades; Testing, Repair and Rebuilding products as needed. This position will have a high amount of customer interface, interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Requirements:
• Combination of applicable experience/education or a Electro-Mechanical related Degree, certified electrician, or similar training
• Solid electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic technological aptitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to interface with customers
• Computer literacy with windows-based programs
• Controls (VFDs, PLCs, etc.) experience is ideal but NOT required
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as with or direct a team as needed
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) highly desired

The Field Service Technician will maintain availability for dispatches to customer sites based on contracted hours, during and after regular business hours as needed. The essential functions of the Field Service Representative consist of but are not limited to the following: Maintains thorough knowledge of all ImageTrac mechanical and electronic functions. Provides effective, timely, and competent technical support assistance to customers. Arrives at customer sites within the contracted response times. Ensures proper management and control of all company assets (tools, documentation, software, intellectual property, etc.). Strives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is always maintained. Maintain a working knowledge of SoftTrac, Docnetics, and all company proprietary software. Properly follows the call flow for all incident activity. Ensures that RMA parts are returned promptly and according to current procedures. Properly tests all work performed to make sure it meets the quality expected of company. Meets all scheduled deadlines. Be available for dispatches during and after normal business hours as dictated by current contracts. Analyze customer operational processes for possible opportunities for company software sales or services. Maintain a working knowledge of PCs that are associated with all generations of company equipment.

Requirements:

2-3+ years of Electronics troubleshooting and a working knowledge of PCs
Must have a valid driver's license and good credit history.
