• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel within an assigned operating area

Requirements:
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on automated pump systems
• Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
• Experience installing pumps, motors, and related equipment using cranes or heavy equipment
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on pump stations
• Ability to support telemetry systems using radios, cellular modems, or similar technologies
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and job priorities

Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Military veteran technician background (electronics, electrical, electro-mechanical, or rotating equipment)
• Experience with vibration analysis, laser alignment, or advanced diagnostic tools
• Sales awareness or experience identifying service and equipment opportunities
• Experience supporting telemetry or remote monitoring systems
