Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our high-performance manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS):
  • Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives
  • Conduct safety behavior observations and intervene in unsafe conditions
  • Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Adhere to site standards including industrial hygiene, environmental, and security/CTPAT protocols
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation in systems such as CPAR and QSA
Maintenance Operations:
  • Execute scheduled and emergency mechanical work orders
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical systems including pumps, valves, pipe fitting, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Dismantle defective machinery and fabricate or install replacement parts
  • Operate machine tools such as grinders, drills, and saws
  • Perform facility repairs and physical structure maintenance
  • Clean, lubricate, and test moving components for proper function
  • Record time, parts, and maintenance work performed
  • Use SAP and internal systems (log sheets, VDBs) for data entry and reporting

Qualifications

Education:

Experience:
