Orion is a company that takes interests in their veterans and truly works with them to help them along in the interview process and to start a new career. I have unconventional degrees and found that other recruiting agencies just asked why wasn't I going law enforcement and kind of brushed me off. Orion didn’t do that and really worked with and for me to find a company that would suit my needs. JP Sniffen was great! He treated me very well and listened to what I wanted.
