Travel: 90%+ (primarily Monday–Friday) across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico
Compensation: $80,000 annually (depending on experience and location) + overtime + $880/month car allowance + quarterly bonus

Position Description:
As a Field Service Representative, you will quickly integrate into a high-performing team culture and contribute from day one. This position requires extensive travel to customer sites, with a primary focus on the Northeast region near your home. Under the guidance of a Team Lead, you will:
As a Field Service Representative, you will quickly integrate into a high-performing team culture and contribute from day one. This position requires extensive travel to customer sites, with a primary focus on the Northeast region near your home. Under the guidance of a Team Lead, you will:
- Perform scheduled maintenance, calibration, and recertification tasks on aseptic isolation equipment
- Conduct HEPA system recertification, sensor calibration (flow, pressure, temperature, humidity, velocity, and weight), and multi-point functional testing (visual, mechanical, acoustic)
- Complete structured classroom and field-based training to gain global certification
- Document work in compliance with cGDP standards
- Independently perform routine maintenance and requalification once trained
- Lead small requalification teams and troubleshoot more complex issues with remote support
- Serve as a trusted, customer-facing representative ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability in all services delivered
Requirements:
- Strong technical foundation (electrical and mechanical)
- Practical understanding of voltage, current, and resistance; able to set up/measure circuits on industrial equipment
- Competency in reading/interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, P&ID diagrams, flow charts, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with PLC functionality (programming a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency with basic hand tools
- Aptitude for technical concepts (torque, pressure, vacuum, velocity, alignment, temperature, timing, mathematics, etc.)
- Ability and desire to travel extensively (90%+ CONUS, Puerto Rico, Canada)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current passport required
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)
- High-quality documentation and accurate recordkeeping ability
- Understanding of FDA-regulated cGMP environments
- Physical flexibility to perform tasks such as bending, crouching, stretching, and servicing industrial equipment
- Team-oriented mindset with a history of reliability, longevity, and high-quality work
- Willingness to start in this role and grow within the company over time
