As Service Manager, you will oversee all service operations at the Elmhurst location, ensuring high efficiency, customer satisfaction, and growth. This role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing team, building strong client relationships, maintaining accurate records, and achieving departmental goals and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage the annual service department budget.
- Monitor departmental performance with reporting and tracking systems.
- Oversee technicians’ productivity and related payroll records.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Build partnerships with vocational and technical schools for recruitment.
- Develop pricing guides and maintenance menus for common services.
- Ensure timely customer follow-up to confirm satisfaction.
- Maintain required reports for management and corporate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of related industry experience (7 years preferred).
- 1–2 years of prior management experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business management preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
