Position: Reactor Operator / Senior Reactor Operator – Initial Licensing Training Program
Location: Londonderry Township, PA
Shift: 1st Shift
Compensation: $132K–$136K base, plus $10K sign-on bonus (paid throughout training milestones); $16K premium pay when entering ILT class; $9K bonus upon full licensing; annual incentive bonus up to 15% based on performance. Relocation assistance negotiable.

Position Summary:
Attend the NRC Initial Licensing Training Program to earn your Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License. This program combines study, simulator certification, field time, and on-the-job training to qualify you to supervise reactor control room operations. Additional project or outage support work may be assigned during training.

Requirements:
- Navy Nuclear background strongly preferred
- Minimum 18 months in an equivalent military reactor role (e.g., PPWS, EOOW, EWS, Reactor Operator)
- BS or technical degree in Engineering or Physics preferred
- Experience with electronics, testing equipment, and mechanical systems
- Solid understanding of reactor operations or other radiation-producing devices
