Pay Range: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
Shift Differentials:
• Monday – Friday: +$2.00/hr
• Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday: +$3.00/hr
• Thursday – Monday: +$4.00/hr

Position Overview
The company is seeking experienced Machinists to join their Carson City team. In this role, you will operate manual machines to manufacture precision parts supporting aerospace, energy, and defense customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate manual machines, including three-axis and five-axis mills, drill presses, and grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, pi tapes, and other precision tools
• Replace cutting tools and perform routine maintenance
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Complete required inspection documentation and follow company procedures

Qualifications
• Experience operating manual machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (required for FAA compliance)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must provide proof of US person status (US passport, birth certificate, or green card)
