Shift/Travel: Local service calls within a 45-mile radius of Tampa
Compensation: $28–$31+/hr + OT (10%) + commission opportunities
Expected First Year Total Compensation: $80K–$95K+

Position Description
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will evaluate, service, and maintain mechanical and controls systems for a variety of commercial, industrial, and medical facilities. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering top-tier service, while having opportunities for career growth and income advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate building systems for optimal mechanical and control system performance
- Provide innovative solutions with financial impact analysis for clients
- Diagnose, repair, and service heating and air conditioning systems
- Conduct scheduled maintenance for chillers, boilers, cooling towers, packaged units, and split systems
Requirements
- Strong mechanical or electrical background required
- Military HVAC experience or commercial heating/air conditioning experience is a plus (but not required)
- High character, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
