Position Summary
Seeking an Experienced Project
Manager to join our Greensboro, NC office. This individual will oversee
industrial electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring
quality execution, financial control, and client satisfaction. The Project
Manager will provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight for field teams
while managing client relationships and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and uphold company
culture of Mission First, People Always. - Collaborate with clients,
management, and field supervision to plan, develop, and execute site
projects. - Manage cost functions:
estimating, funding, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and reporting. - Oversee project scheduling, bids,
take-offs, contracts, change orders, and milestones. - Cultivate and maintain client
relationships, identifying new opportunities. - Provide mentorship, leadership,
and performance oversight to project managers and field staff. - Ensure compliance with company
policies, government regulations, customer requirements, and safety
standards. - Conduct regular site visits to
monitor project progress and safety compliance. - Report regularly to upper
management on project status and financial performance.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years’ experience managing small and large-scale
industrial projects (manufacturing, power, chemical markets preferred). - Strong background in industrial
electrical with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Extensive experience with client
relationship management and business development. - Skilled in team leadership,
process management, risk management, and strategic planning. - Knowledge of OSHA safety
regulations and construction safety practices.
