Location: Western region – Phoenix, Seattle, Bay Area, CA, Dallas, TX

  • Compensation: $80k / year (depending on experience and location) plus OT, car allowance($880/mo.) and quarterly bonus
  • Benefits: Includes an excellent medical benefits package, to include major medical, vision and dental and employee only pays 10% of actual benefit costs. 401K with 100% company match up to 6%. Paid vacation- 3 weeks to start. Nine company holidays. Full expense reimbursement on all company related travel and expenses.

Position Description:

As a Field Service Technician, you will quickly acclimate to our positive, high-performing team culture and contribute from day one. This role involves traveling to customer sites across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, with a primary focus on the region near your home. Under the supervision of a Team Lead, you will perform scheduled maintenance, calibration, and recertification tasks on SKAN aseptic isolation equipment, including HEPA system recertification, sensor calibration (flow, pressure, temperature, humidity, velocity, and weight), and multi-point visual, mechanical, and acoustic functional tests. Through structured classroom training and hands-on field experience, you will steadily gain competency and global certification, enabling you to document work in compliance with cGDP standards, perform routine maintenance and requalification independently, lead small requalification teams, and troubleshoot increasingly complex issues with remote team support. In this highly regulated environment, you will serve as a trusted customer-facing representative of our company, ensuring precision, compliance, and reliability in every service delivered.

Requirements:

  • Baseline Technical Skills (electrical and mechanical).
  • Understands voltage, current, resistance in a practical sense. Able to set up and measure circuits on industrial equipment for these.
  • Verifiable basic competency interpreting wiring diagrams, electrical schematics
  • P&I diagrams, flow charts, work instructions and other technical documents.
  • Familiarity with PLC function in a system. Programming experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skilled with basic hand tools.
  • Experience, interest, and aptitude in the technical concepts associated with the role, such as torque, pressure, vacuum, volume, velocity, rate of change, compressibility, alignment, temperature, sequence, timing, and mathematics.
  • Desire and ability to travel frequently and efficiently is essential to this role.
  • 90% travel CONUS/Puerto Rico/Canada
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must maintain a current passport
  • Great communication skills whether verbally, written, or electronically with team members, managers, and customers.
  • Ability to produce High Quality Documentation and Accurate Recordkeeping.
  • FDA regulated cGMP
  • Possess the physical flexibility to perform common physical tasks associated with field service of large and small industrial equipment, bending, crouching, and stretching.
  • Must have a genuine inclination toward effective teamwork even when working alone.
