Position Details: Reactor Operator – Licensing Training Program
• Location: Lusby, MD
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Compensation: $105-$120k based on experience
• Bonuses/Additional Compensation – $10k bonus spread through training/milestones, Premium bonus of $10k when you enter ILT class and an additional $5k upon full licensing, Relocation negotiable.
• Travel: N/A

Position Description
The Reactor Operator License Trainee attends initial certification class to attain their Reactor Operator License from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Upon certification they will be fully licensed to conduct the operations of the reactor control room.
Position Requirements
• Navy Nuke Background is the ideal fit
• 12 months minimum operational time in an equivalent to Reactor facility (BWR/PWR)
• BS or Technical qualification in Engineering, Physics is preferred
• Experience working with electronics, testing equipment, and mechanical systems
• Understanding and knowledge of the operation of a reactor or other radiation producing devices
