Position Details:
Title: Chief Maintenance Manager
Location: St. Paul, MN
Shift: M-F; 2nd Shift: 3pm - Midnight
Compensation: $80k

Position Description:
Primary responsibility is managing and performing maintenance on all plant machinery (compressed air system, PLCs, heat reclaimer, boiler operations, HVAC, water softener, washers, dryers, conveyors, electrical systems etc.) Utilize proper skilled techniques to assure the safe, efficient operation of all plant machinery. Build and manage a small team to ensure PMs completed efficiently and correctly throughout a 7 day-a-week operation. Strong attention to detail and schedule flexibility a must.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years maintenance work experience
• Previous management/ leadership experience
• Ability to plan pro-actively and adhere to a schedules
• Well-rounded mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Must posses current and valid driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of Inverter drives, controllers, AC or DC power supplies.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, control logic and mechanical drawings
• Have Class B boiler license or willing to take the training and test at company’s expense
