Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base + travel and OT (First Year Avg: $125K+, 2nd Year & Beyond: $200K+)

Seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to support critical power facilities, with a focus on automatic transfer switch (ATS) startups, warranty work, emergency service calls, and modifications. Must be customer-service oriented and capable of advancing within the company. Responsible for field service operations including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and client communication, while ensuring compliance with safety policies and codes.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma / GED
• 3+ years’ experience in field service engineering and power equipment
• Experience with low/medium voltage switchgear, ATS testing
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Strong project management and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service and time management
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be on-call 24/7
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• (Preferred) Associate or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of power distribution, DC/AC systems, and troubleshooting
