Total Product Support Engineers work closely with the Regional Managers and OPMs to ensure that the customer’s needs are satisfied in an appropriate and timely manner. The successful candidate will be willing to travel up to 75%, have a mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience working in an outdoor construction environment and demonstrate the ability to work independently or in a team environment to aid in training, commissioning, warranty support, and retrofits as needed.
Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning for company installations
Utilize Continuous Improvement Principles to improve installations, commissioning, and reliability
Identify and report issues FF/RFI process)
Travel for key customer visits and construction site visits
Potentially act as a Safety Lead, and or Quality Lead, as needed
Travel to site to train customers/O&M technicians
Review and redline as needed project documents required
for site support (Golden Row, Commissioning)
Help develop customer service standards, policies, and procedures as needed
Pay: $70k-$80K depending on experience. Travel is up to 75% for the first year, then will be in either Phoenix or Tucson working in support of two large customers. Schedule is expected to work out with 2 weeks on the road and one week in the office. Most weekends you can expect to be at home. In addition, you will receive a company truck, company card, medical/dental and annual bonus up to 20% of salary.
