Location: Central Region – Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Indianapolis, IN
Travel: 90%+ (primarily Monday–Friday) across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico
Compensation: $80,000 annually (depending on experience and location) + overtime + $880/month car allowance + quarterly bonus

Position Description:
As a Field Service Representative, you will be a trusted customer-facing representative, traveling to client sites to perform scheduled maintenance, calibration, and recertification tasks on specialized aseptic isolation equipment. Under the supervision of a Team Lead, you will:
  • Perform HEPA system recertification, sensor calibration (flow, pressure, temperature, humidity, velocity, weight), and functional testing
  • Conduct multi-point visual, mechanical, and acoustic assessments
  • Document work in compliance with cGDP standards
  • Independently perform routine maintenance and requalification once trained
  • Lead small requalification teams and troubleshoot increasingly complex issues with remote team support
  • Participate in structured classroom and field-based training to gain global certification
This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism, precision, and adherence to regulatory standards in a highly controlled environment.


Requirements:
  • Technical skills in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
  • Practical understanding of voltage, current, and resistance; able to set up/measure circuits on industrial equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, flow charts, and technical documents
  • Familiarity with PLC functionality (programming experience a plus but not required)
  • Skilled in use of basic hand tools
  • Experience/aptitude with technical concepts such as torque, pressure, vacuum, velocity, temperature, sequence, and alignment
  • Must be able and willing to travel frequently (90%+ CONUS/Puerto Rico/Canada)
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current passport required
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)
  • High-quality documentation and recordkeeping skills
  • Understanding of FDA-regulated cGMP standards
  • Physical ability to bend, crouch, stretch, and perform service tasks on large/small equipment
  • Team-oriented mindset with proven reliability and longevity in prior roles
  • Desire to grow within the organization and advance over time
