Compensation: $48–$52/hr (DOE) + OT & Per Diem
- 6–10 hrs OT/week: time and a half over 8 hrs, Saturday = 1.5x, Sunday = 2x
- CDL holders (or willing to obtain) can earn up to an additional $2/hr
- Company vehicle, travel expenses, PPE, tools, and field card provided

Position Overview:
Support field operations under direction of Field Leadership. Execute technical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to fulfill internal and customer work orders, primarily in substations.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform fluid testing
- Conduct oil sampling, re-gasketing, Megger testing, bushing maintenance
- Work with high-voltage systems
Ideal Background:
- Military: Navy Nuclear Electricians, Army Prime Power, Conventional Electricians, USAF High Voltage/Radar Techs
- Civilian: Industrial/commercial electrical maintenance technicians
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED + 1 year of related experience
- Valid driver’s license (for company vehicle use)
- Must supply own basic hand tools
