- Base: $65K–$70K
- Total with OT, bonus & commission: $90K–$100K

Travel:
- 50%+ daily travel within a 5-hour radius (rare overnights)
- Occasional overseas travel for training
Position Summary:
The Machine Builder Sales Representative will promote, demonstrate, and sell automated assembly and production systems to new and existing clients. This role combines hands-on mechanical skills with customer relationship management and technical sales. Daily travel to client sites is required, with most evenings and weekends at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer accounts within the region
- Demonstrate equipment and provide basic mechanical support (lathe, mill, light electrical work)
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and close sales
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to meet customer needs
- Attend occasional overseas training
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience (mechanical, lathe, mill, light electrical)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily
- Self-motivated and organized
