Position Description:
As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing a group of Electrician and Mechanic Maintenance Supervisors in support of building and equipment maintenance and repair. Determine strategies to reduce downtime and keep product flow and production lines running at maximum efficiency. Other responsibilities include the development and implementation of maintenance systems associated with High Performing Manufacturing Organizations such as Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, etc. as well as interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years’ relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management, required.
• Possesses advanced technical skills in the mechanical / electrical fields (e.g. PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering, etc.) and is able to lead resource planning efforts in a large manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of world-class maintenance management systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, etc.

Position Description:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a group of Maintenance Electricians and Mechanics in support of building and equipment maintenance and repair. Requirements:
These positions are ideal for current/former military leaders, especially nuclear-trained technicians, that possess outstanding electrical/electronic troubleshooting abilities with controls understanding/experience with solid mechanical aptitude/general technical acumen. You must have a history of success to include your work performance, schooling, promotion paths, and ability to excel against your peers and candidates for these roles. You must be willing to share skills to help others develop, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing a high level of detail and pride towards system & equipment maintenance work, projects, and programs with a focus on safe operations. Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred but not required.

Title: Electronic Specialist
Location: Kinston, NC
Shift: 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd available
Compensation: $50k - $82.5k

Position Description:
The purpose of this position is to provide for the efficient and continuous operation of all plant systems and equipment with as little downtime as possible. This individual will install, service, trouble-shoot and repair all types of electronic and electrical controls and equipment and work closely with other maintenance personnel on his/her shift. This person will be responsible for all necessary paperwork and documentation of calibrations sheets, scale certification sheets, PM documentation, etc. as they relate to the job. This person will also provide technical assistance to trainees in all crafts as needed in the day-to-day operation of the plant.

Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation from an accredited technical or community college and 2 years’ experience as Electronics Technician or Instrumentation Technician.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electronics and electrical theory.
• Working knowledge of PLC’s, ladder logic, and associated hardware.
• Working knowledge of RTD’s, thermocouples, and other temperature measurement devices. Comprehensive knowledge of field wiring and terminations as they relate to electronics.

Position Details:
Title: Operations Manager
Location: Kinston, NC
Shift: 1st
Compensation: $120k – $173.5k + 25% Target Bonus

Position Description:
The Operations Manager position is responsible for planning, leading, guiding, directing, and managing a specific plant or area of a plant consistent with policies and procedures of the company as well as with Federal, state, and local law. This position is accountable for the high quality of all products produced, the profitability of the facility, the safety of employees, security of the facility, budget planning, management and control, human resource utilization and treatment, and the development of a total employee team. This role ensures their area of their facilities plant labor, raw material, yields, supplies, waste and human resources are managed in the most effective manner, resulting in a positive contribution to the bottom line of the company P & L.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and 7+ years’ relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management, required.
• Manufacturing knowledge and understanding of yields, plant efficiencies and operations procedures.
• Knowledge of SAP, Internet, spreadsheet, Word processing, order processing and sales software.

Position Details:
Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Kinston, NC
Shift: 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd available
Compensation: $60k – $90.5k + 10% Target Bonus

Position Description:
The Production Supervisor involves the direct supervision of 20-30 plant personnel, where responsibilities include: personnel management, daily operation and supervision of a team executing plant operations, maintaining schedules, training, time keeping, ensuring safe work performance of all staff, and providing all resources required for shift group to perform duties and safety programs, resourcing scheduling and availability, and production reporting. Supervisors are in the production area and “on their feet” about 80% of their shift – this is an active position. Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience a Plus
