Position Details:
Location: Washington Court House, OH (~30 min. SW of Columbus & SE of Dayton; also commutable from northern part of greater Cincinnati)
Shift: Openings on 1st shift (7am – 3:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm – 11:30pm), and 3rd shift (11pm – 7:30am) Mon. - Fri. with an occasional Sat. as needed for maintenance operations.
Pay: $25-$30/hr. starting base rate + O/T paid at 1.5X (~10 hours weekly) + shift premium ($1.25/hr. for 2nd; $1.50/hr. for 3rd). Total 1st Year ~$55 - $85K+

Position Description: Maintenance Technician
The Washington Court House plant is hiring Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production systems and equipment. In general company technicians will troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment and systems within the facility to insure smooth operation, production, and safe working conditions. Essential duties include:
• Observes mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble.
• Installs, services and repairs wiring, conduits, fixtures and other electrical devices and systems.
• Troubleshoots electrical components and finds resolutions to issues in a safe and timely manner.
• Responsible for working with a tight knit team to maintain line integrity, safety, production, and quality standards.
• Creates solutions in a fast-paced environment to maintain and improve equipment reliability.
• Performs preventative maintenance and troubleshoot/repair on all processing, filling and packaging equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repair according to blueprints and other drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals.

Requirements: These positions are ideal for maintenance technicians that possess electronic systems or electrical troubleshooting abilities with good mechanical inclination. You must have a history of success to include your work performance, schooling, promotion paths, and ability to excel against your peers and candidates for these roles. You must be willing to share skills to help others develop, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing a high level of detail and pride towards system & equipment maintenance work, projects, and programs with a focus on safe operations.
