Shift or Travel: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Additional days or overtime as needed)
Compensation: $64,792 to start | $68,141 after 6 months | $71,510 after 1 year + Overtime

Position Description:
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all mechanical and electrical work related to buildings, production equipment, and support systems. You will coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operations.
• Comply with safety and GMP regulations to support safe, high-quality production
• Investigate work requests, outline maintenance tasks, and plan efficient labor use
• Prioritize, schedule, and adjust daily assignments for maintenance team members
• Review and close work orders for accuracy; escalate issues as needed
• Determine required parts, tools, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate CMMS data and update preventive maintenance tasks and records
• Lead World Class Maintenance initiatives including TPM and PM optimization
• Monitor team progress, provide technical advisement, and support maintenance reporting
• Attend production and shift meetings; provide scheduling updates
• Participate in emergency response per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred OR 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• At least one year of experience using computer databases; CMMS experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
