Position Description:
• Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines
• Document commissioning details and communicate deficiencies and progress
• Act as Lead Technician and coordinate work with team leaders
• Support Project Manager by attending job site meetings and verifying installation progress
• Perform data backup and configure automated procedures
• Troubleshoot network and system performance issues
• Configure PC workstations and user interfaces
• Run operational tests, perform system verifications, and conduct customer acceptance inspections
• Provide customer training on system operations
• Coordinate with trade contractors for startup services
• Submit time and expense reports accurately
• Adhere to all local, corporate, and OSHA safety guidelines

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in electro-mechanical systems and HVAC controls installation/service
• Strong PC/software skills; experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience programming and troubleshooting control systems
• Familiarity with protocols like BACnet, Modbus, LON, and N2
• Ability to read and interpret construction/design documents
• Comfortable working in varied physical environments (roofs, ducts, crawlspaces, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use hand tools, laptop, tablet, etc.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
